Lowe's Home Improvement

I shop at this Lowe’s a lot it’s closer to my home than the other Lowe’s never had a problem there and I will continue shopping there. I seem to always have what I need. Some stuff at Lowe’s is really expensive but that’s not their fault it’s just a sign of the times. I like Lowe’s I find it convenient and easy to find everything I need.

I'm here all the time over the last year. I buy a lot of little things here to fix up an old house. While the South Point and Wheelersburg Lowe's are on brand, there's a special place in my heart for this store.

The staff is sweet to my dog, as are the customers. There is a well tended garden area and I've never had a less than primo encounter.

Of course it's unfair that the local hardware stores can't compete because their distribution network, but I still hit up those racks for last generation devices such as for my CRTV to go with the old house logistics. I'm very happy with the building materials industry locally therefore

Great store and usually well stocked. Staff is helpful. Clean environment. One stop shopping for all maintenance needs including cleaning supplies. Seasonal decor and garden dept.are awesome.

We went during a kids event they were having for NYE. Kids had so much fun, pizza, drinks and snacks were given. Puzzles, coloring sheets and noise makers were there too. The store was very clean and I found exactly what I was looking for

Always has everything I need. If not no worries they can get it. Lowe's is my home improvement go to definitely

I love this Lowe’s everyone is so helpful and friendly. As soon as I walked in I was asked if I needed any help with anything? They helped me get what I was looking for and even loaded it.

This location nestled in Greenup Co in Russell, KY, is a nice home store! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful associates in every department. Well lit and aisle signs clearly marked! If you have been in one Lowe's, you pretty know the floor plan. The buy online pick-up in store feature is amazing! Great deals in appliances that surprisingly are cheaper than Big Sandy!

My boyfriend had to go get a bunch of things from Lowes. They had absolutely everything ready soon as we got there... Thought that was very good customer service!!!

The lady in the indoor plant dept was very helpful in helping me pick out a plant that would meet my criteria...and was even on sale....she was knowledgeable, friendly, professional!

Well stocked and good customer service

It's hard to social distance at checkout but the employees wear their masks. There seems to be an emphasis on customer service here that I don't see at most of these types of places. Must have good management. It didn't take long before we were asked if we needed help. Except out in the plant department. I loaded big bags of soil and compost while several employees were off chatting. They never came to assist me. But if tougher than I look! Lol

Customer service is improving at seemingly all of the Lowe's that I have been to lately. The only issue I have encountered has been inventory shortages.
However that's not just at Lowe's. There's a shortage every where because of the trucking strike and the stuff going on in Europe.

Such an amazing place to buy an tools and home improvement supplies. They are family at heart and are more than willing to help you find what you are looking for. I highly highly recommend this place to buy any kind of tools because they will give you the best deals around and they won’t sell you junk. I am building a new shed this summer and have been thinking about buying a new impact and a table saw and this is the place I’m coming to get it. They have definitely made a life long customer here. They have the best options and a huge stock, you will for sure leave knowing you got what you wanted and nothing less. And if you need any help with maintenance they will be more than happy to help you out, from parts to labor they’ve got your back. Lowe’s really does make do it yourself project so much easier . There is nothing bad I can say about this place or the employees working here . I wish buying a car was as easy as this (lol)! I highly i highly recommend looking online first then coming in to window shop it will help you out bunches. I hope you find these people as helpful and friendly as I did!
