I would give James, Nicole and the Allstar team more stars if I could. The amount of jams they have helped me out of while also giving me the security of knowing that they will do a job right the first time or come back ASAP for any fixes is a blessing. They are easy to get a hold of and very communicative about arrival timings. I have used them for new installs of two sinks, new washer/dryer piping and venting and I am working with them now in a water heater replacement. Not much they cant do really well. I have found my new go to plumbers in Nashville and hopefully you have too!

I recently found out that I had a leak in the guest’s bathroom which had been going on for a while as it had discolored my baseboard. I called Allstar Plumbing and they were able to get me scheduled right away. James (the owner) explained the issue to me and completed the repair. While he was here, I told him about some other issues I had with both showers and faucets. He completed those repairs as well. I had a major issue with an overflowing septic tank that flooded the house with you know what and the owner came out and took care of the issue. I can’t recommend these guys higher so if you have a plumbing issue call them. These guys didn’t just fix the problem I had but also offered advice and support on the other issues I had and not known about. I found the place for my plumbing issues and these guys are it!

The techs were both so sweet and very knowledgeable! They ensured that I knew what was happening and educated me on the current conditions and future options I have. They repaired the pipe in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend All Star Plumbing and James. We had a major burst pipe under our foundation and James was able to correctly diagnose the problem (multiple other plumbers could not) and fixed it with very responsive, professional service. He did excellent work, cleaned up after himself and was on time. He really stands out for great communication and quality. We obviously used him for our next project- a basement bathroom addition. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct. We recommend him to all our friends. I trust his work and his advice.

My experience was fantastic from beginning to the end. I spoke with Nicole on Tuesday and she got me scheduled for Wednesday morning. James called me to let me know he was on the way and he arrived within 10 minutes. He thoroughly examined the situation and was honest about it and quickly got it fixed. I also needed to install a new kitchen faucet and rather than ask me to schedule another appointment, he got it installed in a matter of minutes. They cleaned up afterwards and I am very satisfied with the work done. The price was fair and didn’t break the bank. I will call on Allstar Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

James came out and took care of an issue that I thought was going to cost me a fortune. He even referred another company to me for a different issue im having as well. He was awesome. Didnt charge me an outrageous price, really good dude. Got his number locked now. Highly recommend.

Was pleased to be referred to James and this company. I have a complex septic setup that failed on me over the weekend and most plumbers won't service this and the bigger plumbers wouldn't be able to fix it for several days. James and his crew tackled it for me on a Saturday night with no complaints.
