Great customer service. Custom orders are quick. You need a bow to match that special outfit, dont waste time searching on line, take your outfit to Melanie's and she will match your outfit and do her magic. She has done this for me for years. Love love love your shop

This is a business that goes above and beyond for their customers. I love this little Botique. Amazing products for amazing prices! The only local Botique I can find Serendipity clothing also.
If you want great hospitality, and product I highly recommend any mother with little girls to go in and check the store out. Their is even clothing for the mothers:)
