Great lady that works there not sure of her name but she is short like me with blondish white hair very friendly and just has an awesome personality!! She is the reason I will keep coming back!!

Most employees are helpful and polite and as always you go to big lots for the type stuff they have they do well when it comes to swapping the seasonal out we go for the change of each for different reasons

They had the best deals at Christmas time on toys.

Very friendly & helpful sales associates. Great selection of Furniture at surprisingly great low prices! Everything that is needed for the home. Wish grocery selection was more expansive but overall a great store in a convenient location.

Worked here for a couple months. Management is super friendly. They hired too many people and cut everyone’s hours. Which is really unfortunate for their loyal employees who have been working there for years. One day they’ll figure it out though. Store is always clean. Prices are ok.

Got a really good deal on some oversized recliners. Helpful and friendly staff

This store is great the associates working there were really helpful and help us find exactly what we needed. They even went out of their way to go back and look for several different items. the cashier even told me how to save money on my purchase when I went through line and I ended up saving $45 off the entire purchase price of my mattress.

Ashley at the Ashland, KY store took excellent care of us. We really appreciated her taking the time we needed to make our decisions with patience and grace. ❤

I would shop at this store just because of a couple of their employees, very sweet and helpful! We recently got ourselves and children beds and furniture from there and Dustin was a huge help! We've bought a couch and kitchen table there in the past and they have held up great!

Bought our furniture there. For a little less than 500 bucks, we got a new sofa and recliner, the guy hooked us up with any discount he could and gave us detailed information on the replacement guarantee. We were told that if we wait until right before the 3 year mark to return them for literally any reason you can get a brand new set for free. So it's like you get two for the price of one. Hopefully it is as good as it sounds. Wait for my next review in 3 years haha.

Very nice..first time at this Kentucky Big Lots. Impressed. Cashier and employees in store offered assistance...very clean, organized..love the show room of furniture set up..Would definitely drive 1 1/2 hours to shop here again..

They always have a vast array of items...theyre in season with the holidays...and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Haven't been there in a while but have some unique items. Their furniture looks awesome. Lots of household and garden items. Good food items. Some items reasonable some not. Overall good place to stop. Check it out.
