Good business! Always are consistently getting in new items and has 80-90% of the big box title games. The owner and employees are always super helpful and knowledgeable on what they have! They also have much better trade in values than say GameStop or other chain stores

This is an amazing store with great products and some of the best customer service in the Industry! Earl runs a great store and it always a pleasure working with him and the crew! Go check them out if you haven’t already!

I’m in either this store or their mall location at the bare minimum of once to twice a week. Sometimes I’m buying, sometimes I’m selling. I’ve never experienced anything apart from fairness and professionalism from Earl and the rest of the guys in store over years. I’ve lived all over this state, WV, and OH and it’s far and away one of my favorite stores I’ve ever visited, not only because of the massive, ever growing selection, but the friendly home like feeling I’m welcomed with every time I step through the door.

This place is amazing. I never know what I'm going to find but I always find something to add to my retro game collection. My Mom also likes the place because of their vinyl record section. The staff is always friendly and welcoming! We always look forward to our next trip up!

To whom seemed like the manger or owner who helped me with their quaint UFC collection, I appreciate your help. There’s a lot of 1 star reviews on here for his attitude (he even joked about getting another 1 star review that day with me) I can’t speak for the others and their interactions but the mall location guys was nice to my girlfriend and I and talked ufc with me and sold me a beautiful Severn auto (from a meet and greet I believe) and some base Diaz well below price I’m finding from anywhere else online. Thanks again

Enjoyable, knowledgeable, and with so many options to choose from you will be walking around for awhile learning about all the new and old games, comics, anime, figurines, and so much more.

Been coming to the store for around a year now, I have zero complaints and have always been treated right. A employee once put the wrong disc in the case and we didn’t realize it till I was home. They happily corrected that mistake the next day and that was it. They have just about anything you could ask for or want!! Ex: Was looking for a copy of the game “Gun” and couldn’t find it anywhere and sure enough they had it. Great place and great owner! 5 stars.

Probably one of the coolest collectibles store I have EVER encountered. A huge wide variety of stuff is available and they always seem to have some kind of awesome event going on. Very much involved with the community, pricing is fair, and the customer service is absolutely top notch.

I want to give a shout out to Time Warp Ashland and Earl who has answered all of my many questions and gone above and beyond to find things for me. I'm not local but he and team have been nothing but phenomenal to work with. Just received these 2 autos which look fantastic. I look forward to doing more business with them.

There has NEVER been a time that Time Warp has EVER been "condescending and dismissive". This can not be farther from the truth!!! We have been visiting their store and attending as many events as possible for the past several years and our experience has been nothing but OUTSTANDING! Time Warp goes above and beyond to bring the best products and signing events to our area. Time Warp "prioritizes respect, professionalism, and customer satisfaction" and I HIGHLY recommend them!!! Billy was so helpful yesterday getting me a brand new Nintendo Switch for my husband's birthday! Everyone was really nice. It was fun to see old games that I played as a kid. They've got so much to look at. You could spend hours looking at everything. Go check them out!!

Great store and the owner Earl is great. This store has it all. Video games, vinyl records, pokemon, sports and non sports cards. The mall store often has autograph signings. If you haven't checked this place out, be sure to do so.

I have been a customer since they were located at the Milton Flea Market. I have never had a single issue with them and respect the way they do business. Be a respectful adult and you will be treated the same way. Lots of “Karen’s” out there so I can only imagine what that’s like. I have dealt with almost every person there and have never had a negative experience.

I have also sold items to this store without any issues and they were reasonable with what they offered.

Prices are definitely lower than most places.

I will always continue to shop here. Definitely beats GameStop or DKOldies.

Ordered a retro game from Time Warp online. They sold it for quite a bit cheaper than any other sellers I found, and it was shipped very quickly. Game was advertised as disc only, but they shipped it in a blank PS2 case anyway, which I appreciate. Turns out they're located only 2 hours from me, I look forward to visiting them in person.

Great selection of older video games, D&D content, and collectible cards. Only wish they had a larger selection of board games - but I don't fault them for that. Friendly and helpful staff that let's you roam and enjoy the store at your own pace.

I absolutely love time warp I go to both shops at least once every 2 weeks. The people that work here are great and so helpful. I have never had a bad experience here or the other location! Keep up the good work guys!
