Suplex Tacos

Had suplex today for my lunch( A friend recommended) and the service was amazing. Very satisfied. Quick service and delicious taco salad! Thank you Suplex you did amazing! I will come here more often.

I have been eating here 2-3 times a month for over 5 years and love it. Their queso is better than the local Mexican restaurants in my opinion! The owners are very nice guys and one of the longtime staff members always remembers my salsa preferences. I do miss the old green salsa recipe... Maybe bring it back as a third option?

I’m a frequent regular at Suplex Tacos in Ashland and I’ve never had a bad experience! The food is always fresh, tasty and hot. The employees are always kind and go above and beyond. The drive thru is quick and the app is easy to use and has a rewards program! 5 stars from me and several of my coworkers!!

Home of the 619. Delicious burrito with a twist it has fries on it. I wouldn't normally try something like this but it was highly recommended by a friend. One of my favorite places to go now, it's a small little shop. I believe locally owned but has an amazing theme, you can tell the owners really have a passion for lucha libre a Mexican style wrestling that's been around probably as long as the colosseum and the gladiators. They also share that same passion for their customers and their food.

Best Mexican food restaurant in the tri-state area! I grew up on the Texas/Mexico border so I'm always craving a taste of home. This place is the closest we've found & we will definitely be coming back! You must try the 691 burrito (picture included) and the street tacos (picture also included)!

If you're looking for a quick bite but want good quality and authentic Mexican food, this is the place for you. I always get the 6-1-9 burrito, which has french frys inside or the steak tacos with salsa on the side. The staff is super friendly and fast, and the food is always fresh and reasonably priced. Sometimes, they might even draw a cute little cat on your burrito bag.

If I lived locally I'd eat here all the time! Simple as that. The carnitas and adobada tacos were especially amazing.

Best tacos in Ashland and further out. The pork tacos are 5/5, don't bother getting tacos from anywhere else; the flavor of the pork is amazing and as authentic as it gets. Everything else (chicken and steak) was pretty good too. But if you had to try just one thing, get anything pork here.

First time eating here was today. Had the 6-1-9 burrito and it was awesome. These folks make great food. Check them out.

Absolutely LOVE Suplex. Been going since they first opened. Food is always delicious and hot. Unfortunately prices have gone up a little but everything has but it's still extremely reasonable for the amount of food you get. Sergio always welcomes me even if it's been a while. They are friendly and efficiently quick. Hope to see the other location open back up at some point.

Been here a couple times now and I've had great experiences both times! Today was better than the last. Went thru the drive thru for lunch about 11:15am and the worker at the window was so nice! Love the little note I found when I got back to open my lunch. Great food and staff @ Suplex!

Fast, friendly, and delicious. The taco salad is on point! Best guac in the area! I also like the choice of music played in the restaurant - it's awesome to chow down while jamming to some Jimmy Eat World or Red Hot Chili Peppers!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item, and they replaced it without any additional charge despite the new item costing more. Fast/Friendly service, and delicious food!

Okay you pull in and it’s a gas station….I’m thinking Mexican food at a gas station do I really want to go here! Turns out this place ROCKS , their fish tacos are out of this world. The trouble I have is I never can decide what to get!! Their menu is chocked full of fantastic choices, if you get there before 10:30 AM you have to try one of their breakfast burritos. I have had their Champ Burritos, Taco Salad and some of the other great entrees on their menu. No matter what you decide on I believe you’ll be blown away at how good their food is!! This is one of my top Mexican restaurants in the Ashland Ky. area!!

Excellent tacos and burritos. Quick courteous service. My favorite breakfast stop in Ashland. I get a bacon, egg, and cheese burrito with Pico at least once a week. The hot sauce is excellent.
