I stop there most mornings and am always greeted by friendly people. Interior is clean and uncluttered. Restrooms are clean.

There are 3 women that work there named Emmerline, Nyree, and Geeta. The EMMERLINE character is a fake witch, and will attempt to over talk a customer as she tries to steal from the customer. Emmerline likes to turn the debit card machine towards the camera so the debit credentials can be recorded on camera. The nyree woman is a bitter black woman whos job is to antagonize customers. The last character geeta is a horrbile spirit as well. Also, they will try to charge a customer extra for refills.

The ladies showed great customer service, an was very help, I truly appreciate the family like conversations an friendliness showmanship by NAT,an the crew..thanks for the quality services.

The store is clean and well stocked, but I get this negative vibe from most of the employees that isn’t very welcoming. I only come here for a last resort, when the timewise near my house runs out of my favorite coffee creamer.

Second time visiting this location around midnight and they are closed. Both times there were several other customers. This time I hung back a few and seen a man coming out. I asked him and he said they were closed and that they open at 5am. Online and on the door it says 24 hours. If you’re no longer 24 hours, update your posted hours. You are losing a ton of business.

Her name is Queen, Friday night 12:40 after midnight, March 4th.
To the moon horrible service and attitude.
I am a daily customer since 7 months, for gas and cigarettes, but never again after this experience.
She treated me over the window like she don't want to sell me the cigarettes, gave her a 100 and she threw it on me thru the box because she don't have change,

Whoever is keeping Queen around should be told, she is a menace. kept getting an attitude for no reason, i was just minding my own business. Tall older black woman, skinny. makes people call her Queen because she's so egomaniacal.

I was incorrectly accused of stealing. The incident happened around 8:30 pm on 5/26/2019, a Sunday night. The employee working that night did not approach me asking if I needed assistance. Instead, yelled "Are you paying for your stuff?" pretty loudly while I was across the store. This made an humiliating situtation for me. When I told her I didn't have anything, she was pretty sarcastic and rude, implying that I was lying.

I Really hope the manager takes her ratings on google seriously, as this situation has made me feel discouraged and will not return. I will be calling the store to explain my situation to a manager.

This use to be one of my favorite stores to go to but it seems like the associates they have hired is very disrespectful and have no customer training I went in there today and the guy with the bleached hair is always rude I brought a pack of peanuts and we’ll we was buying tickets I opened the peanuts and ate one and realized they where stale and I told him he told me he wasn’t going to refund me because I was eating them I ate one peanut and that was it he said we was standing there eating them and we clearly showed him one opened shell with the other peanut in it it’s not about the 1:69 the fact is they where stale period !! This place is going to go down with that I will give the manager a thumbs up but she really need to focus one who she hires

"Queen" is rude and unprofessional. She was in the yelling at an older lady because she was having problems getting her change out. That is no excuse to be rude to the elderly.

This is the second time I have tried to go into the store. Twice I refused to go in because the employees behind the register are not wearing their mask or wearing incorrectly below the nose. Today at 4:35, it was both.. One no mask the other below the nose. I am going to complain to the police department and the health department. Evidentially the manager does not care

Employee working there was having a very rude attitude, I always come here and purchase a large icee on a fountain drink Large cup without a problem. Today I stopped by to get one and the cashier there had a very nasty attitude about it. Her name tag had “Queen”. Needless to say my husband and I won’t be going to this location anymore. Never had a problem here until now.
I NEVER rate places but after this I think people should think twice about going here with employees that rude!!

Do not waste your time here! Took me 15 minutes to get fuel this morning and made me late to work. First I tried 2 different cards 5 times, and every time it said "card was not read." So I was forced to go inside to pay, waiting in line, then when I tried to pump the fuel, the handle wouldn't release. So I had to go inside again, and they sent someone out with me who had no idea what was wrong, but eventually got it to reset. And then my receipt did not print out. Half of their pumps were marked as "out of order." Not reliable at all, none of the staff apologized, and they kept telling me to "have a nice day." Clearly I'm not having a nice day when I'm 10 minutes late to work thanks to your incompetancy!

How is the lady Michelle still working at this place? She’s the only reason I’m giving it 1 star. She’s rude, sarcastic, evil and racist.
