I purchased the sectional I have had my eyes on for quite some time. It was delivered the following week. The delivery guys were very friendly and efficient! They pieced everything just like I wanted! Thank you so much! I will be back in a week for my next purchase!

Salesman Jesse was very attentive and knowledgeable. He gave detailed explanations, answered all my questions, showed me quotes, and helped me make my final purchase. I highly appreciate how personable and patient he was!

Really cool place, lots of nice furniture at a dang good deal. Erich helped us very immediately, was extremely helpful and not once did we seem like just another paycheck for him. He was very considerate of our needs, and was very knowledgeable on what furniture was available to be shown. Had an answer for every question. Delivery was very easy going as well. This is not our first purchase with AFW and it won’t be our last. The salesman are kind at the store and the platinum delivery service they offer is worth the affordable price. We did purchase some less expensive couches three years ago and it was time to upgrade. We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend AFW for their customer service and products offered.

We were lucky to get Cindy as our sales person. She made this purchase a very positive experience and kept us informed the entire time. Even regarding the deliver schedule. She went above and beyond our expectations! Would definitely purchase from them again!

When we walked in, multiple salespeople walked up to us, making sure we didn’t need assistance.

We shopped at the Webster\League City location. Jesse and Kashif were extremely helpful. There is something for everyone here—“sloucher” or lounging couches, firm/formal couches (which is what we were looking for), and recliners/home theatre sofas.

You don’t feel like you’re getting scammed or ripped off here. My niece helped us shop here, and she said her couch she bought a year ago was still priced the same. The stuffed white tiger is also sold there—fun fact…bc the CEO loves them. Hehehe

I worked with 'Tall Brian' at the Webster store location. He was very knowledgeable and made the purchasing process completely smooth!
The delivery was amazing with no issues at all! Will definitely return when I have future furniture needs!

I love this place, definitely my go to spot for furniture and home decor.

Make sure you have time to walk around, as there so many sections to go through. It is not a small store.

Always greeted and approached by reps upon my visits. Never had an issue. Their prices are hard to beat, compared to their competitors.

The only notable items to note that I can think of is. Not worth it to buy TV’s from them, they do NOT come with any warranty other than manufacture 1 year. They are selling items well behind the current technology by a few years.
As soon as you leave with the item from the store, they offer ZERO accountability.

Lastly if your there for a good duration without a rep, you’ll get approached multiple times by reps offering assistance. Tedious, but still a good thing should you need it/ when you need it.

Even the load up process for your items is great. The workers are polite and helpful to load you up, and send you on your way.

If your item isn’t in stock, they will call you as soon as it arrives for you to pick it up or have it delivered.

Compared to other stores and competitors. Try American Furniture Warehouse first, I think you will be pleasantly surprised how far your dollar will go in comparison.

Awesome experience every time. Joseph was our salesperson and he was so helpful and got us exactly what we needed. Delivery experience was excellent too!

“Tall” Brian was great and helped us in the store. He helped us match pillows and accent chairs.
Then the delivery people were great also! Arrived early, worked fast, and were very polite and friendly. One even knocked down and killed a wasp nest on my porch for me after I told him I was severely allergic and was gonna have my husband do it when he got home. Talk about above and beyond!

The pricing and delivery service is exceptional I would buy all my furniture at this company no other place.

Bought a rocker/swivel/recliner chair for a small space. Very comfortable and is 3 chairs in one. Very reasonably priced at $348. Love it!!!!

Love the furniture!! They had a great variety of styles to choose from. The sales person was excellent in helping us decide. Even went back a few weeks later and purchased a 6 piece bedroom set for my daughter. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because our media table the charging plugs do not work and their warranty company just sent us an email stating it will take 1-2 months to get the part in. I feel they just should be an even exchange from one in the warehouse but I guess, just like the military, that would be to easy to do. We paid extremely good amount of money like all of us that purchase from here I guess I expect problems like this to be taken care of swiftly. Really sucks cause I'm bout to have a retirement party after 20 active duty years of serving in the military this weekend and I will have to tell folks that sit at the media table that the plugs don't work. But over all the place is Awesome just be sure u check and double check to make sure your furniture works before delivery folks leave..

UPDATE 3 weeks later and still no part!!! Very unacceptable!!! Kids have already started school and this furniture is useless other than sitting there they can't use the plugs very inconvenient for something we paid for.

My new favorite place to furniture shop. Excellent selection, helpful low-pressure staff, GREAT prices. We even called back in when we saw the couch we just purchased went down in price, not even knowing about their 30-day price match! Thanks AFW!

I went to American Furniture first I liked what I saw but wanted to shop around a little. Every other place I went to sales people were pushy and prices just wasn’t what I was looking for. So I went back my sales man Bob was wonderful and met all my expectations. The delivery personnel.showed up first thing this morning and we’re very courtesy and professional. They setup my furniture made Sure everything was working and I was satisfied.

AFW consistently offers great value and the kind of customer service that is uncommon these days. Thanks again!
