The Emma Grace

On each of our stays we appreciated their hospitality, helpfulness, and professionalism. We have stayed in several different rooms, and we haven’t been disappointed. Breakfast is top notch and conversation is enjoyable. We look forward to our next visit to Emma Grace.

Loved everything about this bed & breakfast. The location is really great you can walk to some shops around the area, there's a coffee shop next to it too. They have designated parking area for the guests.We stayed in the The Moulin Rogue room which was very very nice. The breakfast was amazing, too. Jennifer was really nice with check-in, showing me around & breakfast. Try it and you won't regret it.

The Best! We stayed at The Emma Grace for one night while visiting family nearby. We stayed in the Clipper room and the Hemingway room. Both were very tastefully decorated and all the accommodations (bedding, towels, etc) were exceptional quality and comfortable. Last but definitely not least, breakfast was phenomenal! We will be back!

This place is spectacular! My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights while we drove out to Ladonia during the day to hunt for fossils. We stayed in the Moulin Rouge room, which was so cozy and romantic (perfect for Valentine's weekend!). We loved the homey feel of the rooms and the upstairs lounge and took advantage of the selection of boardgames during the evenings. But the true highlight was the breakfast! Melissa was so sweet and the food was divine--fresh, tasty, and even on the healthy side! The restaurants within walking distance were delicious, as well. We cannot recommend the Emma Grace enough. We've told all our friends. We'll definitely be back!

We brought our Leadership Van Zandt Class 4 Retreat to The Emma Grace and we will never stay anywhere else. We had a wonderful experience and our host, Jennifer was so gracious. The rooms are themed and decorated with very comfy beds, bathrooms had big plush towels and so many great details to add to your comfort to list. The breakfast was 1st class and so unexpected, what a great treat. We highly recommend The Emma Grace for any event you may have.

This place is so cute! We had the pleasure of staying in the Moulin Rouge room and the room was perfect! A big claw foot tub, a comfortable bed, and excellent service! The breakfast was to die for! Will be coming back!

This place is amazing! We were in town for a wedding and decided to stay here. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was on another level! We are looking forward to staying at the Emma Grace again soon.

Place deserves a six star rating, cannot give it a higher recommendation. Very comfortable accommodations, entire property is world class. A lot of attention to detail went into planning the rooms and the breakfast was delicious. If you’re planning a stay within Delta County this is the place.

Cute little place on the outskirts of down town, just off the beaten path. This industrial rebuild of an old brick building has blown me away. The attention to detail and quaint yet distinct rooms are amazing! We stayed in the Nautical Room, which was super cool. Next time, maybe the moulin rouge, or the industrial. Cook was new to the job, but food was prompt and coffee was black. Look forward to our return to Delta County!

Fantastic hotel - a real gem in the NE Texas. Great style - home-like and sophisticated at the same time, Very warm and personable atmosphere is created by the proprietor, Jennifer. We travelled to a different town, but chose to stay at this hotel with character and never regretted it. Any destination is just a short drive from here. Will definitely come back again.

The best owners and staff. They are very kind and accommodating. The most amazing breakfast around! There is a great coffee shop and indoor market next door.
