The wait is worth it because she ACTIVELY takes the time to listen to your concerns and carries an ACTUAL conversation with you about your symptoms and diagnosis.

She is absolutely amazing she listens to what your needs are she looks at everything she nurtures you and she really takes to heart that you are her patient and she gives you the best care possible

I love Sandra she’s super helpful, the downfall is she’s never in her office and her front desk are the worst at answering the phone. Her front people need to be changed out honestly. They do not care about the patients at all, it’s going on 4 weeks and my grandmother never gets either seen or she gets her appointments moved. The doctor is amazing but her staff is not.

Mrs. Flores is an awesome lady gives u the time and what not the only problem is the medicines they are never there on time, and u call and front desk never answers the phone. My mom is diabetic and it's hard to be off her meds.other than tht she is a great doctor.

Most unprofessional "clinic " I have ever been to! The hours posted on the door are simply a suggestion. If you don't plan on opening on Saturday then do not set appointments and call patients to come in on a Saturday!!! I was taking 3 new patients until I saw 6 of her patients waiting in their cars because neither the "Dr." or her staff have arrived! It was already 10:30am. God bless those loyal patients and may you patience be rewarded!

My son's appointment was set for 10:30 am. The Doctor did not see them until 11:50 or so!! They left the clinic at 1pm. It is beyond me to understand the tardiness and lack of service. 3 hours later my wife and my son's walk out!!!!. I am very displeased with this type of service.

Very unprofessional, staff is very rude and the prescription is never send to the pharmacy that day when you consult. Staff never answers the phone and Dr Flores is usually out of the office. Very very BAD office Staff

They never send in paper work that needs to be send n when I called they never picked up I literally call 25 time and no one picks up n they don't have a voice mail to leave a msg
