I cannot praise Robbins Brothers enough for their exceptional customer service and remarkable associates. From purchasing my engagement and wedding rings to creating a custom ring with my Alexandrite birthstone, every interaction has been a delight. Cayla, in particular, was incredibly supportive throughout the process. She guided me in designing the ring, ensured a timely and thorough ordering process, and even went the extra mile by sending a video of the finished product since I was ordering from out of town. I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend Robbins Brothers, and Cayla, for their outstanding service and quality craftsmanship.

I went into Robbins Brothers a few months ago and bought a ring to propose to my “then” girlfriend on our vacation back to New England for the holidays.

The proposal was a SUCCESS!! I just wanted to say I thank you so much to David Melendez for all of his personable suggestions and genuine conversations which guided me to buying the perfect ring for my now Fiancé Clarissa.

My experience at Robbins Brothers was the best and David made it a dream come true. After going to a few other businesses before hand and not being so educated on the world of rings, David had me sold the second I walked in and showing that he genuinely cared about my journey.

Hands down a 10/10 experience.

Both my wedding band and engagement ring came from here. Their jeweler and a gemologist teamed up with my husband to design his wedding ring from scratch. I also had them resize an heirloom ring guard and add a charm to an heirloom charm bracelet. I almost cried when I saw my bracelet - I had never seen it so shiny & beautiful, and my grandmother used to make me clean her jewelry to keep me busy. We originally worked (and eventually developed a meaningful friendship with) with their gemologist, Victoria Strong. We were absolutely devastated to hear of her sudden passing. The entire team here has been great and we’re proud to recommend RB to anyone who asks.

Went in to Robbins Brothers to find a wedding band. Victoria helped me out and in discussion she found out I was unhappy with my engagement ring because the center stone didn’t allow the band to sit flush with my wedding band.

Quick backstory - I tried to have it fixed at another jeweler and they not only didn’t listen but they did a horrible job. Victoria let me know they have an amazing jeweler and made me feel confident they could melt down my entire ring and rebuild it how I wanted it.

The jeweler at Robbins Brothers and every person I dealt with helped me and made me a beautiful ring. I am so happy and grateful for them all. My ring is STUNNING and exactly what I wanted.

Shoutout to David for stepping in and helping get my ring finished on time! And big thanks to the jeweler I will proudly wear his custom ring, it’s so special to me!

This is hands down the best place in the area!

My fiancé and I came here to pick out our wedding bands and Kayla was the BEST! She spent almost two hours finding us and helping us customize the perfect forever rings. We picked them up today and we could not be happier! Kayla needs a raise! Thank you Robin’s Brothers and THANK YOU KAYLA!

I went to Robbins Brothers based on recommendations by several members of my family. I had a similar experience with them as Dalia was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of buying the ring. My fiancé only had one request if i ever proposed and it was that she wanted a salt and pepper diamond. Although Robbins Brothers couldn’t provide the stone Dalia was extremely helpful in recommending how to get it and on my setting options that would fit best when I brought the stone to them. I highly recommend.

We had the best experience ever with Cici today! We didn’t have to wait at all, from the second we walked in she was friendly and helpful and even offered us a beverage. We tried on a variety of rings and ended up selecting one my fiancé loved the same day. She even cleaned my engagement ring for me while we waited which was so nice! She helped us custom order the ring and answer any questions we had. Can’t wait for it to come in!

Cayla was able to handle a purchase remotely and let my family pick it up so my wife could still have her push present even though our baby came a month early. The ring showed up just in time and we put it on her finger immediately after birth!

Dalia made the experience of shopping for a ring fun, personal and easy! Her service was fantastic each visit! Can’t wait to continue working with her in the future.

My experience with Dalia was nothing short of amazing. She was amazing at every turn! Her communication was fantastic and her quotes were accurate. I couldn't have asked for a better representative to help me build the engagement ring my fiancé immediately fell in love with. Couldn't have done it w/o Dalia and the expert craftsman, Ricardo.

Top notch service and items. I bought my wives engagement set here. The service is excellent. First off at this point in time I knew nothing about diamonds. If you desire they will take you through a full session with you own personal assigned sales person. They go over everything you need to know to make a informed decision on your purchase. You get to hold and look at the very diamonds you are interested in. Mean while the entire time you are treated with food, drinks, and excellent service. I highly recommend this place.

Visiting this store was one of the best decisions that I could have ever made. Lara helped us navigate through the many different choices and varieties offered in this store, explained in-depth the different rings and diamonds we were presented with, and answered all of our questions and concerns before we made our purchase. If you want to have a smooth and stress-free experience, I would definitely recommend this store (and specifically Lara).

Great experience!!!! Lara Saliba (Floor Manager) was absolutely amazing. She truly cared about making this experience the best for first time ring shoppers for both me and my girlfriend. She took the time to explain the process every step of the way. You could tell she wasn’t just trying to make you buy from the store. She offered a lot of help and insight about the rings and the difference between lab grown and natural diamonds. Lara even explained the finance side of things and what services they offer here at Robbins Brothers. Answered all of our questions in a clear and precise way! Truly thankful to Lara and this store. All in all it was great customer service and I was able to stay within my price range.

Alex and Lara were great, only advice is educate yourself on diamond clarity and the different grades. I didn't notice the imperfection until I got the ring, but Alex showed me better quality ones and changed it out. He also gave me a discount for the trouble.

My husband and I are coming up on our 2 year anniversary. Hands down the best jeweler you can go to for any fine jewelry. I love my rings and necklace from there. And it's so cool that you can sit there and watch them clean your jewelry! Every salesperson there is unique and will never disappoint!

Today we went to have my wedding ring/s cleaned and engraved. They had mimosas, beautiful snacks (cheese, salami, pretzels, etc) rolled in an elegant paper cone and also ice cream from Cosmic ice cream:) They played 70’s music too!! Wonderful experience while we waited on my rings!! Great job!!! Thank ya’ll!!

Let me start off by saying that I am "VERY" picky and "Hard" to please when it comes to certain things; especially costly things.... Gearold and I walked into Robbins Brothers just to kinda look around and playing with the idea of getting a nice ring. Robbin Brothers was the very first place we stopped at so we knew we were not leaving with a ring that day; however, once we got in the store the idea of making this purchase was becoming more clearer and exciting!

The Robbin Brothers team was very nice, and lets be honest, they kept a smile on their face the entire time I kept changing my mind. Every time I found the perfect ring, there was another "more perfect one" in the glass counter next to it.. I was driving myself crazy so I cant imagine how they felt, but no matter how many times I changed my mind they were there to help me.

After we finally found the perfect diamond and band we decided to go home and think about this purchase.. We also wanted to go see other stores and my last stop I wanted to see the Leo at Kay's. Yolanda made it very clear why Robbin Brothers was the store for us, but being a smart "difficult" shopper I had to see it for myself... We went to several stores in the mall and though they had some very nice rings, the costumer service nor the benefits (insurance, warranty, financing and jeweler onsite) compared to what Robbin Brothers had to offer.

Gearold, being the salesman that he is, decided we should go back to Robbin Brothers the next day to see if we can get a deal. Yolanda was very interested to hear what we had to say about the pros and cons of the other stores. The best part was, she knew my ring of choice was the Leo (at first anyways) and Kays was offering a pretty good Valentines Day special. Yolanda compared the Leo to the Robbin Brothers Echo and without comparison, the Echo was the ring for me. It has 98 facets where the Leo only has 66 (this is what makes the sparkle, sparkle :)) and a perfect cut for lighting... the diamond we chose had better clarity, less color, more crts., and more sparkle than the others...and now at the best price! Winning....

AJ, the GM, helped us close the deal, and yes, helped me choose yet another band for my perfect diamond. I know if I was me trying to help someone like me, I would've gave up, but AJ pushed through and kept me feeling like the whole purpose for him being there. was just to help me find that perfect ring!

Wonderful experience here! To celebrate our 20 year anniversary we stopped at Robbins Brothers to look, for a new upgraded ring, and it was our first and last stop! Dalia walked me through EVERY ring I liked, explained everything I needed to know, and that we may not get the ring by our anniversary date, these rings are custom made and it is so worth the wait! Lara helped us along the process also, everyone there is so helpful and courteous. Picked up my ring today and it is so BEAUTIFUL! I highly recommend Robbins Brothers! Dalia and Lara are wonderful!

Cici was so attentive, caring, and helpful for the entire visit as soon as we walked into the store. She was absolutely lovely. Wonderful experience. Wonderful store. Wonderful atmosphere. We bought the same day! We were able to find a ring that was able to compliment my very unique engagement ring shape in a short time. It was so simple and they even gave us some celebratory champagne! I’m already wearing my wedding band around (even though we aren’t married yet) because I am just so happy with it. Thanks y’all!! :)
