I had a great experience, met some real good people . My foreman Steve treated me with great respect gave me my job assignments trusted my judgment and made sure I had the Information , material and tools that was needed to do the job.

I loathed working for them. The general workforce I have no complaints about. Generally good people. But the management is a completely different animal. Play the game of kiss a**. Constantly being judged by individual punctuality, not by the individuals' work ethic or the quality of work therein. Would find multiple employees spending more time looking for tools or equipment than working on the task they had been given. But because they were punctual, they got to keep their job. I could see if I was a no-call/no-show repeat offender. But i never was. Not once. I MAY have been routinely 5-10 min late, but i was ALWAYS on site. And i constantly completed whatever task that was being asked of me. Always felt as if i was being looked down upon. As if management never made mistakes of their own.
