Great lunch special today. The chicken fried chicken was excellent. The waitress was friendly and helpful.

Food.. Was amazing. Chicken Fried chicken was very flavorful to the last bite. Atmosphere was inviting, felt homely. As for the staff... We had two waitresses and it took a while for them to take our order. Overall I would definitely like to go back.

Huge portions, home cooking. Very fair prices. A live cattle auction takes place in the back of the building every Sat. so be prepared for a busy place.

‘…Where everyone knows your name…’ is the feel of this bar. It’s small, homey and welcoming. The food is consistently delicious. Plus— the drinks are affordable! The owners and staff are friendly. Love this place— perfect for after work beer and food.

I had the Brisket sandwich, it was Excellent. The in house bean soup is really good.

We stopped here while visiting friends, during our weeklong vacation they were kind enough to show us the hotspots. This being one, they and my friend raise cattle in ND so my pal was interested in seeing the saleyard.
After we perused the livestock we had breakfast here, albeit a liquid breakfast ie a Bloody Mary, so it may be inaccurate that I rated the food so highly but it looked and smelled wonderful. The Bloody was fantastic and the staff was more than welcoming, in fact the scheduled bartender was running late so one of the gals from the cafe crafted our drinks and chatted with us. If only those walls could talk after a sales day!
When we come back next year, we'll have to come back and have a more substantial breakfast on the cafe side! It was definitely worth the stop.

Good food, good people nice place

Food was delicious and our server was great. It was our first time here and I think we'll become regulars.

The Old Cattle Baron Steakhouse provides an old fashioned atmosphere and serves comfort food at it's best. Be warned, the portions are huge. If you're interested in counting calories, it will be a challenge here. I had the chicken fried steak and the gravy was thick and creamy. The mashed potatoes were homemade and the chicken fried steak was delicious. The service was excellent. I never had to look for the wait staff. They just seemed to appear when we needed something. The hours are Monday thru Saturday from 7am to 5pm. Enjoy!

Great place for breakfast and some coffee, customer service is great. Loved them biscuits with gravy. Coffee is always fresh

Had the Tuesday lunch special, a ribeye with sides. Steak was done medium was tender and perfect.

I love this place. Been going since I was kid but now i can also go in the lounge. They follow all the protocols. Food and service are great!

Great ribeye and grilled shrimp with homemade fries. Very reasonably priced.

The BLT SANDWICH is a bold and delicious hunger buster. Just enough to keep you going without slowing you down.
