Dillard's

This store is very well organized and super clean and bright. So many good choices from many designers. The shoe choices are plentiful and to die for! The formal dress area is huge and they have so many choices. I could spend an entire day in this store! The employees were very kind and super helpful and professional. Please go check it out, it's worth the trip!

Maria made shopping for purses and wallets so much fun!! She helped me pick out gifts for family. All was on sale for great prices!!

I love this store. This store is huge! 3 stories with different things. You can find almost anything here! Very spacious and very clean store. The staff here is amazing and very helpful when needed help finding something. I wasn't able to capture pictures of every floor, but grabbed the best I could!

I love Dillard's so much! Still the good old-fashioned mall experience but with modern style. I went at Christmas time, and their setup was excellent. Thanks for still being Dillard's! 🥰

I haven't lived in a city with a Dillard's in ages. This one is niiiiiiice. As with most department stores, it's 75% catered to women. But otherwise, nice location with friendly, helpful staff

Every-time I visit this store I have had a great experience. Always clean, staff helpful and friendly Covered parking.

The saleswoman who came across my mother and me on our way out was very helpful. My mom was getting tired from her medical problems, and the saleswoman found me a safe place by the second floor parking entrance that I could bring my car to for picking up my mom.

To be fair I didn't go in Dillards. But Baybrook Mall which houses Dillards is awesome. I ate lunch at Perry Steak House which is in Baybrook Mall. And it is awesome !🖖

Really enjoyed looking at the holiday clothing selections. The Petite department, although they still have one, is lacking in selections.

This Dillard's at Baybrook Mall is the largest one in the Houston area. Technically has a Friendswood address. It is gorgeous! Fun to shop in!

A while back I received help from Janelle and Miss Ivonne (hope I’m spelling their names right) and they were the sweetest workers I’ve met! Exceptional customer service and just 2 wonderful people! Hope to see them again when I go back!

Five stars for my experience. I did an online order of an item that was hard to find anywhere else. Went to third floor for pickup and the customer service there was great. Easy Peasy!

Busy during the Christmas rush, but still had good customer service.

The place was clean and well-organized. However, not one person on the staff said hello or asked if I needed help. I saw something I wanted but not needed. Because customer interaction is a significant part of why customers patronize a business I didn't purchase anything because I didn't feel welcome.

Used this as an entrance to get into the mall, the parking was good over here.
