Macy's

One of my favorite department store in Baybrook mall. Staff are friendly, respectful and helpful. Clothing, jewelry, cosmetic and home, you can just find anything you need. The beauty section employees are very welcoming and professional. They have the best costumer service for return and exchange. Many cashiers around the store , so you do not feel like stuck in the line for hours like other stores in the mall.

I was very pleased with the customer service and cleanliness of the store. I was especially pleased in the men's suit section. It is a big store with 2 stories, but they have a lot of everything. Definitely recommend!

We went to Macys Baybrook and had the best experience in men’s suits. We met Connie who was very helpful and fun to deal with. Although there was a big sale and she was super busy, she kept a positive attitude. Thank you Connie for the help.

My favorite local higher end store where gifts and something for the wife is always available on a moments notice. I even like the Mens clothing section. I recently went there to buy a Waterford Crystal frame for a friend of ours birthday present. The lady was so nice to go to inventory to get us several to choose from. Great prices, service and value! 5 stars 🌟.

Don’t go to the mall often, but when I was looking in the app, I saw they had a great deal on a purse. I needed a bigger purse and this deal was a steal. Lovely and kind associates.

Bought a Colombia Gold omi heat jacket for my wife for Christmas, and received a $50 off promotion, that was sweet and helped out a lot, plus the cologne and perfume people were helpful

I've always liked Macy's store, just keep your receipt and return the item that you didn't like after all. Never had an issue.

Clean place great sales. I hot a pair of gloves for 18 bucks original price 94 dollars.

Staff are always very nice and helpful. We mostly go here to buy cologne/perfume gifts!

I just don't have the time these days to spend hours shopping at the mall, so I love the on-line option. My purchases are delivered to my home, and whatever doesn't work, I'll swing by and return at the store.
Of course with any delivery process, mistakes are made; not receiving an item or receiving the wrong item, but the customer service has been willing to work with me.
Employees are typically helpful in the store, with any establishment you have good and not as good employees.

When it comes to "brick and mortar shopping, this is one of our choices for clothing and toys. Love that they have Toys R Us in house!!!

Love this store visited in NYC & Houston Texas bought new handbags and Christmas baubles which got back to the UK intact 😊

Ok I’ve been here a thousand times and really Macys is a great place to shop. They have awesome sales and if you have the Macy’s card you normally have additional savings you can apply. Pretty much every name brand you would want. The store is kept clean and organized. I still love going to the mall and shopping…. Maybe I’m just old fashioned.

versace cologne purchase came with the duffle bag that changed into a backpack. good deal I think!

I went in for a college graduation gift for my niece 15 minutes before store closing. Definitely expecting to get an attitude from associates. Instead, I received genuine assistance with ideas and total patience when I decided to take a look in the jewelry area. I left with a beautiful fine jewelry ring.

Always fun to shop at Macy's. They had pretty good deals on the days we shopped here.

Melissa in the fragrance department was awesome!! She very informative & helpful. She also gave me a gift bag with my colonge purchase. She didn't know I'm leaving on vacation next weekend and needed a bag jst like the one she gave me.
