I bought a Maytag dryer and sales associate named Greg was helpful with answering questions. He went out of way to explain the difference between dryers and helped my wife make a quick informed decision on the purchase. Greg was able to secure a date for product delivery in a timely fashion. Great experience!

Returns are made easy and hassle free. Needed to return a Roku remote within the warranty period and purchase an exchange. Entire process took about 5 minutes. Thanks Best Buy!

Clean place great displays and customer service. I will be adding to this review after I go there and speak with electronics and geek squad. As I would like to insure they have knowable techs working in the computer department.

Best buys buy online and pick up in store is great. I bought a fifty inch Samsung television during cyber monday. I was able to peruse the website during work and look thru the selections of deals best buy had. I Was able to pick the television i wanted and picked up in store when i got out of work. I also look at best buys websites for the best buy deal of the day almost everyday, i usually like to buy small kitchen appliances.. Best buy makes it really convenient to purchase on line and go pick up in store.

Best Buy is just the best electronic store ever. The variety ranges between cameras to iPads to anything you could imagine as a huge tech guy myself. This is my favorite place. sometimes I like to just go and hang out there just for fun with my family and sometimes I like to go alone. I give Best Buy a five out of five every single time. The staff is very nice. Geek squad is very helpful as well. They replace my broken iPad screen. They’ve also replaced my Apple Pencil AirPods, and many more Apple products.
If you haven’t been to Best Buy, you should definitely go. make sure to go between like the hours of 10 and 5 PM.

The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store was very clean and inviting. Got a case and glass screen protector for my husband's phone for way less than my phone carrier (and much quicker - they helped me right away with NO wait because they have plenty of staff). Win-win! Will definitely come back for all our family phone accessory needs.

After VERY disappointing time at TMobile store trying to buy IPhone 14, I went to BB and Leo made the entire process a breeze. Like it should be. Worked hard on the best trade in, spoke highly of the product, and did his best to work fast but made sure it was done correctly.
Excellent representative of the company. BB should be aware that employees like him get stolen away if they are not taken care of.
