Kohl's

This khols always have the nicest cashiers helping customers. I get their coupons on my emails so easy to find and use. They have good sales and their clearance section is so big. I like to go there because it's always clean and organized, not overcrowded.

Love to come and always get great deals for all the family, stuff is always helpful and nice.

I went to Kohls in McAllen Texas last week. It was overwhelming for me cuz I was Christmas shopping. I started looking at the clothes for men then women then kids. Then I decided to start with kids. That came in easy. The women and for the men. It was a little challenging for the men…. but I did it! Julie was the young lady that took care of me! She was wonderful and patient! Thank you Julie!

They make it very easy to return Amazon items and even issue you a 20% discount to use on Kohl's store items.

I went to Kohl's to return an item back to Amazon, I have never been inside one of their stores. I really liked the lay out and the selections of the store. I was given a 25% off coupon for Kohl's from the Amazon return attendant. By the way this service makes returning stuff back to Amazon so easy because they do everything for you to get your item shipped back, way easier than going thru UPS, and it cost nothing, again not like UPS. Anyways, I decided I wanted to use the coupon, I was at the store so I might as well look around. I really needed a pair of brown dress socks so I headed over to the shoe department. Wow!! What a selection on not just dress socks but also athletic socks as well. I found a set I liked, it was difficult trying to decide because of the choices available. If that's my only complaint, then that's a good thing, not a bad one.

The lady who assisted me at customer service was very friendly and efficient, and Kohls always has lots of stuff on sale, plus coupons. You practically never have to pay "full price" on an item, which is a very effective marketing strategy. Plus, if you place an online order inside the store (or even right outside the store using your phone app), you can get free shipping with no minimum. Stores will also accept Kohl's cash for like 10 extra days after it expires.

I mostly go to Kohl's when I have to return Amazon packages. And when I do, sometimes I receive a coupon for 15% off my Kohl's purchases. So I take the time, and buy some clothes.
It's always a really pleasant experience to shop there. I'm actually happy when I visit.

Needed to make a quick stop for some undershirts and a tie, walked in and out in under 10 minutes.

The store is always well organized and the employees are always very helpful.

Good selection of items and has the same feel as going to the mall without having to deal with all the parking stuff. Carries some good brands too and it even does the Amazon returns through them. Those are easy peasy. You just need the QR code from the Amazon app and then just drop it off at Kohl’s. No box or shipping needed. It’s awesome.
