Memorial Hermann Convenient Care Center in Greater Heights (Greater Heights CCC)

Fastest ER visit in my life. But even as an employee I'll complain about the price. 1800 dollars to sit, have my back touched, and get written for steroids. Over 400 of which I am responsible for. Not sure I am making a connection in represented value. Ce la vie.

Dr. Ross Bauer was excellent. His bedside manner was the best you can ask for from a physician. He was easy to talk to and introduced himself and his first name. I love a doctor that is down to earth enough to be on a first name basis and he just made talking to him very easy and I felt he cared and was truly listening to me about what had happened to my son. Yes, there was a long wait, but there was also a lot of patients. All the staff were friendly and caring from the receptionist to the triage nurse to the x-ray tech and as mentioned the doctor himself. I wish I knew the x-ray techs name to give him kudos because he was really great as well and I was so thankful my 2 year old slept thru all the positioning as he took his time and worked around my son to get what he needed and keep him comfortable.

My doctor's office is located on the 2nd floor. There's an emergency room and a physical therapy facility on the first floor. There is also a quest blood center on 2nd floor.

I was actually afraid to come here because of the reviews, but I didn’t have a choice as other urgent cares and ERs around me would be closed after I got off work. Also my insurance hadn’t started covering me yet and I had no money to pay upfront at regular urgent cares. So as a test run to see if I should just deal with my pain (AKA ignore it and keep it moving), I went inside before work since my bus stop was right next to it.
I see what everyone was talking about with the security guard enforcing the masks but it’s a hospital, whatever (and thank god because I ended up being sick with strep the next day anyways). I didn’t have to talk to him after because I was going to the ER section, but he was nice nonetheless. The lady at the front was very sweet and assured me she’d be there after I got off work to check me in.
The lady kept her promise and had me sat in front of a doctor almost immediately, barely finished my paperwork and the doctor (Alicia I think) diagnosed me pretty quick. Funny enough I haven’t been in a Memorial Hermann since I was 5 and they still had all my info. Had me in and out with a prescription in under an hour. I can’t speak for other’s bad experiences but my own was positive, especially being my first time having to go alone. Very sweet staff and very quick.

I would rate 5 stars for Adriana! She is the best ultrasound technician I've ever met and I really appreciated all her help.

When Adriana performed ultrasound on me, she always let me know what she would do next in advance and checked with me if there was anything uncomfortable. Her skill is definitely awesome - there was nothing uncomfortable at all and we finished all the procedures smoothly.

I always come here for ultra sounds and can’t say enough good things about the team working here. The ultrasound technologist Adriana is so kind, professional, and wonderful. I always feel in good hands with her, as she makes you feel very comfortable. The receptionists are also very friendly and I’ve never had any wait time. I also typically get my ultrasound results in just 1-2 days.

The customer service at this care facility was top notch! David was my nurse and he was very kind and he gave me an IV without causing bruising or pain. The doctor that treated me was thorough and provided me with education on my condition. The gentleman that performed my CT scan was also very nice. Overall in-spite of feeling awful the care team at this facility really made me feel welcome and taken care of.

Went here for tooth pain over the weekend because my dentist was closed! They took care of me got rid of the pain in minutes and prescribed me medicine to take home! Shea was the doctor that helped me and she was so wonderful, everyone was nice including the security officer. The place is clean and quiet as well!

This is the BEST ER visit I have ever had in my life! (And you don't usually describe ER visits as great...so this is saying something.) From the moment I walked in, all of the staff from the front desk to the nurses and doctor were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Dr. Garza was very caring and explained everything in detail. Tyler and Joel are exceptional nurses. In addition, the location is very convenient with ample parking space. The facility is very clean and modern.

For a minor cut it was easy to enter, park and get signed in. Within 15 minutes you are taken from the waiting room back to an examination room.

I went to this facility with abdominal pain. Within minutes I was in an examining room with the physician, Dr. Bauer. He asked many questions regarding my symptoms and background, and ordered some tests. He proposed a diagnosis which turned out to be the correct and simplest one, but given my history, suggested some more complete testing (scan). Following all the results, he took the time to clearly explain the results and the underlying cause of my problem, with suggestions on how to rectify. His staff, nurses and tech, were very professional and caring. The facility is brand new and absolutely first rate in all respects. Plenty of parking. CAVEAT: I subsequently received a bill for $900 from a physicians group. Fortunately, I was able to quickly resolve this problem, for some reason my insurance info did not get entered for the physicians group. But you may want to expressly confirm that your insurance covers all aspects of treatment you will receive. Mine does, and I will definitely use this facility for all my future emergency care needs short of major trauma.

March of 2020 I had all symptoms of covid, tried to make an appointment with my primary care physician but was told she wasn't seeing patients, finally virtual visit was offered after going to the emergency room and told to go home to quarantine (no meds prescribed because covid was soooo new) went to another urgent care after having much difficulty breathing and was refused to be examined, at that point not only couldn't breathe, I couldn't move due to body pain due to a severecough. I asked for an x ray and the Dr told me it showed growth on my lungs but that he couldn't do anything for me.
I told him , yes you can , you can give me a rescue inhaler , cough medicine and an antibiotic that will help for this not to develop pneumonia.
The doctor prescribed all of the above except antibiotic because he said he wasn't going to treat pneumonia that wasn't there.
Well long story short, I went to your emergency convenience care and I was treated with much love and compassion.
Received another x ray , breathing treatment, iv fluids, pain medication and was told my x ray was OK.
Dr said I was at my peak of covid and would slowly begin feeling better.
I was sent home with another inhaler, cough medicine, on my follow up visit with my pcp she agreed with me on needing antibiotics to prevent pneumonia which she did prescribe.

I highly recommend your facility and I recommend it to everyone that expresses medical concerns.
Receptionist, nurse, nurses aides, doctors, etc.
Everyone was kind and compassionate.

The front desk asked the dr about my health care needs before being seen or taking my insurance payment. While in the waiting room I overheard the front desk staff asking how to help a previous patient as they didnt want her running all over or wasting money-real humans work here!! The dr was fantastic and I dont live in the city anymore I came based on reviews. She is a former Internal Medicine Dr and not only did she listen to everything includes the rabbit hole stuff I went through w established Dr relationships and ER rooms this week she showed how to treat it correctly, testing needed to be done and by whom, how it should have been deferred and how to complain for the behavior from (now my choosing to be former dr) treating dr staff. Eye opener of excellent dr skills, real work in the medical fields and how the job should be performed for an ongoing case.

I go here for physical therapy, and I've had the best experience over the past month or so that I've been here. Extremely friendly staff (so friendly it's shocking), very knowledgeable and caring PT's, and a really nice facility. I can only speak to the physical therapy part of the building, but I really like it compared to others I've been to before: lots of windows; great lighting (so when you're lying on a table facing up you're not going blind from crazy bright fluorescent lighting); and very nice, new, clean equipment. The physical therapists themselves are awesome--really friendly, patient, and informative. They create an enjoyable environment for something that isn't always so enjoyable (rehabilitating injuries and dealing with chronic pain).

My 5 star rating goes to all. Staff, nurses, building, parking. My GP was so nice and caring. She listened to my concerns, took time to discuss possibilities. Very, very happy with my visit.finally found a good, caring place to go to. Oh, and the Lab is right across the Office. Thank you

Wonderful staff who truly care about your well being never been to a emergency room that got you in right away. Thank you for caring for my granny (who can be pretty darn stubborn). Nurse Mark especially his smile and welcoming attitude made the visit so much less stressful. God bless you all!

Recognizing that healthcare in this country is a business and therefore accepting it, this facility and it's staff are great.
It's new do there have been some growing pains related to communication (could not get phone number for radiology, the posted one was the fax machine) and the Memorial Hermann electronic online scheduler was not compatible with this facility, and medical center MH physicians may not be aware of this place and or it is not on their lists of places to go.
But I've you find it, it fills the bill as a convenient care center.

Was looking for a GP close to home and was extremely lucky to find Dr. Kesha Zaveri. Her bedside demeanor was highly professional, attentive, and pleasantly ‘zen’. She listened to all issues and didn’t rush to arrive at a conclusion. Support staff was welcoming and considerate. Grateful to find this place.

This place is the best the doctor I saw this time is one of the most knowledgeable I’ve ever seen. and I was here less than an hour! (ER)

The staff here was fantastic and made what could have been a very scary ER trip much better. The facility is pristine and there was very little wait on Saturday morning. Would definitely come back for any emergency type needs.
