Jason Smith helped me change insurance companies over to Allstate.He is very knowledgeable and was able to help me with bringing over 4 policies over to Allstate.Their prices were very good helping me and my family save several thousand dollars a year..And Chrystal Bolton that also works at the Buckman Agency has been a big help she always asks if we need anything and makes you feel like family .I'm glad we switched to the Buckman Agency. Chrystal and Jason are the best insurance people I have ever worked with.I plan on being a long time customer and will always refer anyone asking about insurance to them.

Jason Smith recently helped me change three insurance policies with another company over to Allstate. He was courteous, personable, knowledgeable, and extremely accurate and efficient. He communicated promptly and thoroughly through every step of this somewhat complicated process. Everything was completed in just over a week, enabling me to get the largest possible refund from my previous insurance carrier. I'm really appreciative of the great job Jason did. Incidentally, the savings by switching to Allstate on the total premiums for the three policies was in excess of $1,500 a year. I have no connection with Jason or the Buckman Agency except as a satisfied customer.

I recently switched to Allstate and worked with Stacey Buckman. I shopped several different agencies before hooking up with Stacey. Stacey took the time to take a deep dive into what I needed and found I had been over insuring my home for years. By her taking the time to actually look at my property and just not giving me a quote I was able to save a substantial amount compared to what I had paid for years.

Agents are always reachable and attentive. I have a choice to submit claim to an agent or via app. I've had crack on windshield and code to submit claim via app. The claim was approved immediately and I was offered choice of companies for repair, also choose date, time and place of repair/replacement of windshield. Safelight guy came to my place of work at designated time and replaced my windshield. Easy peasy, I've felt being in "good hands"
