Big Lots

Never know what you're gonna find! The rewards program is pretty handy not to mention all the other member perks you get. Constantly getting random coupons which is always fabulous. Super friendly staff. Very helpful and attentive. Beverly is my absolute favorite outta everyone. Clearance is ALWAYS fairly good size. Multiple islands. Everything from furniture and home furnishings and decor to clothing and beauty inside and out! Love this place.

I had to return, and it was super easy to return the item. However shelves are not stocked with any product. They are either not getting stock in or it's in the store room and not being put out. Shelves are a mess and you cannot find anything.

Great deals, store is clean and well organized, even though I kind of like the disheveled, discount stores. It makes it feel like a kind of treasure hunt, and you might find an item that is the only one in the store of it's kind. This new ,organized Big Lots is still wonderful though. Treated with respect, and had an employee offer her $10 off $40 store coupon, and then had another print out on the receipt roll. And I think we all love a good bargain 🧐.

I called ALL over looking for a certain item for a particular toy my grandson wanted for his birthday. No one had it. It was an online item for everyone. Walmart and Target included. Called Bellevue Kentucky location and they looked it up and the Florence KY location was the only one in the entire area that had it at all. They were so wonderful.. They went and got one off the shelf and I told them I was on my way..,... they put it back for me.
I was in a horrible car accident in 2013( me and my daughter and her dad. I can barely walk broke both leg's top's and bottoms both knees both arms my hip 6 ribs and 4 vertebrae in my lower back. So they're wonderful, no matter what. God bless them all!!!!!!

We bought a recliner for Thanksgiving and the warranty as well. We had a rip in the chair and they didn't have a replacement. Turns out they could not get that chair again so big lots had to replace the chair with a better one that was more expensive. They also had to order it in for us. Brandon helped us with the exchange. He's a nice person and he is the guy you want to help you buy anything in furniture. Thanks Brandon.

The cleanest and very organized store . The managers & employees was very nice and very helpful and friendly. Thank you Big Lots staff . Keep up the nice work.

I haven't been in Big Lots in a long while and I was definitely impressed with the remodeling. The store looked fantastic! Every aisle was nearly stocked with all sorts of fantastic goodies! The store was clean and the bathrooms looked presentable. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. Shout out to Beverly, she was an absolute angel! Also, if y'all are trying to do some budget holiday shopping I'd definitely check out Big Lots.

Hadn't been to Big Lots in many years and decided to check it out. What a big difference! Beautiful Clean store! Enjoyed all the aisles of things for your home! Made a mental note of all I plan to come back here to buy for my new place in February 2019!!!

The store was very clean. My mom and I went in 3 times in one week. 2 of those times we had Beverly. She was very friendly. Deals were good on some things. Others not so much

I purchased a pair of sunglasses less than a month ago and they broke. They allowed me to return them without question. They were very attentive.

Big Lots has come a long way, it's so much more organized. The place was very clean. Sanitizing was available upon entry, currently masks are required (good old COVID-19 of 2020 for future readers of this review). Nice quality items for good prices. I have not bought furniture there in a long time, but can say I still have the dining set I bought there 15 years ago!

Young man at checkout was very helpful, even explained how to play card game I bought.

I paid in cash and was fishing for loose change in my purse to give the exact amount due. She beat me to it and covered it for me out of her pocket. Kind gestures should always be recognized. 👏

This store has really come along way over the years..It's very clean and the employees are always willing to help. The quality of products and price you can't beat.

I love this big lots! It's clean and has a variety of different things like clothes, home decor, food, furniture from couches to kitchen tables, kids stuff and great gifts you can find here they even have Christmas trees.

This is not the Big Lots from my childhood (and no I don't want the other one back)! This Big Lots is SO nice! They've done a complete 180 for the better. I promise this is not the trashy, run down Big Lots you remember. It actually compares to other stores like Meijer and Kroger.

If you are looking for looking for cheap, quality gifts, look here! They have great gift sets and pajama sets.

If you need blankets, comforters, or other household supplies, stop here. They have cleaned it up and have more than enough employees staffed to help you check out.

I stopped in on a Sunday night in Florence Ky and was assisted by a wonderful cashier. I did not catch her name but she was so sweet and noticed I was wearing a local hospital jacket which is my place of employment. She asked if I worked at said hospital and I said yes at one of their doctor office and she proceeded to see if I had my badge because you guys so graciously are giving 15% right now for medical workers. I told her my badge was in the car and she advise I could run out to the car and grab while she rang everything up. She was so great!! She even thanked me for practicing social distancing while standing in line. She was a wonderful woman!

I love the Ice lemonade drink and they have them for .85 each bottle. Also found 4 Blu-Ray movies for cheap.

Great Prices! Love the Clearance section too! Wide variety of products to choose from. Also love the membership deals too!
