Went through the drive-thru and they were prompt and served me the correct items!

Great place!! We came in after 9 and then never acted as if we were an imposition. Food was still cooked fresh and everyone was so friendly!!!

Clean McDonald's with the fast food you love. I like that you can now order from your table using the app.

Scottsville is truly the friendly city. People are very nice here.

Most of the time the Mocha machine doesn't work, and there is mostly just teenagers that are cutting up all the time, but most of the time, the food comes out ok... and when the mocha machine is working they have really really good Mocha's.

The morning crew are the best especially Shana & Ms. Judy is her name I believe she runs the front counter & she wears glasses just the sweetest ever.

Service is always super fast whenever I get through there. Conveniently located and always happy to see me. I wish there were more places around that offers that.

I love the McDonald's on russellville road!! Great staff late nights... They accommodate their delivery drivers with a fast and easy pick up window and number to call to make it Hassel free... Their food is always fresh and hot and my customers always reorder.... Best fast food service at night! Thanks for all that y'all do!!!

Went through drive thru and ordered a large coke that was full of fizz ( love that) and my cheeseburger was fresh and hot. What impressed me most was the fries were fresh and too hot to eat...ate them anyway ;) being I just moved here from Virginia a few weeks ago I just went here once so I'm hoping this mcdonald's doesn't change. Hot fresh fries are a big must...

Hands down, one of the best McDonald's locations in KY.
Always clean, fast, friendly service.
Often, when busy, they take burgers right off the grill.
Makes a big difference, hot n juicy, ready when you are!
As a manager of McDonald's for many years, it's easy to see this McDonald's location is managed well. Whatever they're doing, they're doing right, and it shows.

I got a hamburger, small fry, and a small coffee...kudoos to this restaurant... Out of 20 or (probably more times) I got hot fries...l was so excited...need to work on the fries guys...the thin ones just don't hold the heat...in any case l will probably continue to eat McDonalds...been eating McDonalds for over 50 years...love the hamburgers

Our food was surprisingly good. Our hometown McDonald's is usually not good, or your order is wrong or cold or both. But on this visit it was great! And our drive thru cashier was awesome!

No problems with the drive thru. The lady who took our order was very nice and got our order right. Nothing was missing either.

We usually go here to get baskets of fries as a side for whatever we are making for dinner. So as fries go, it's McDonald's, so they were awesome.

The manager was very helpful with the order board. Took time to explain how to get to what I needed for my food. Very pleasant attitude. Very nice experience.

drive through, been eating double cheeseburgers since 1977. Always great.

We had very good experience for breakfast at this location, server was awesome and I would love to be back at this location anytime 🙂

Love the crew the frapes over all they are nice even the one who has said that she wants us to come there anymore i dont know what she maybe going through.... You just never know....
