Our first time in great state of Kentucky! Þhe welcome venter was VERY clean and the attendants were really friendly. We were given many suggestions on what to look for in Kentucky and we took 🤔 many pics of the center 😉. Very nice buildings and grounds and people! We will visit again soon.
Thanks Kentucky!!

A simple rest stop with a small welcome center and lots of space to get out and stretch your legs. It has some of the cleanest restrooms I encountered on my recent road trip!

A very beautiful rest stop. I loved the rocks beside the walking track. I had to take a picture on them, lol.

Great place to hit the bathroom, pick up fliers for random places around the state and grab a hotel discount book that will help knock a few bucks off any hotel prices in the state as well as help you find a decent priced hotel that will allow you to stay a bit longer and check out more cool sites in the state

Cleanest restrooms on the interstate, just a couple dozen truck parking spots however.

Fantastic welcome center. Oddly enough to say I know! Nice building and pleasant but beyond that staffed with people promoting KY tourism. Horses and bourbon. Easy on/off on the highway and clean. All one could want as a stop and a great welcome to the state.

I drove from central Florida to Kansas City, and this stop was the best part of the trip. Partly because the area is beautiful and the grounds and restrooms were clean, but mainly because the employees (Dallas & Anne) who work at the welcome center were kind and knowledgeable and provided a great conversation break during my solo road trip. This place is safe to stop and rest and extra clean, but Anne and Dallas are the real gems of this place.

A very nice welcome center! Well kept and clean, a good amount of bathrooms (and they were clean!), including family bathrooms. Vending machines, water fountains where you can fill your water bottle. Lots of visitor information available. Easy to get to and exit. A nice place to walk around and stretch your legs.

For long car trips my family and I are grateful for these welcome center / rest areas maintained by each state for the weary traveler. Much better rest stop than random exit gas stations. The Kentucky welcome center has restrooms, quick snack and drink vending machines and an area to get maps and brochures of various attractions across the state.

We drove from Ohio to see the eclipse. Decided to stop here. Absolutely stunning experience. Thanks to the great staff for helping us experience an unforgettable event. Clean facilities, awesome and welcoming staff, beautiful picnic areas with charcoal grills.
