Helpful employees. Clean & well kept

I took my daughter to the medical plaza this morning. Waiting on her throat culture to come back the doctor advised that I go to Walgreens and get my daughter Tylenol and Motrin and chloraseptic cough drops. Kristi went above and beyond to make sure our experience at Walgreens was amazing. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Everyone at this store is fantastic!! The pharmacy calls you by your name, and the remaining store associates are the friendliest people!!

Always been friendly when I've been there

Had what we needed but this is one weird store. Not like any other Walgreens.

I call in my prescription refills and can get them in a timely manner. They take my insurance. The people are friendly and helpful. Everyone wears a mask.

Pharmacist was nice and the store is clean.

In the Google page it say pharmacy is open till 9pm evernight,but you go there at 4:50 pm on Saturday in the drive thru and its closed.says it closed at 5.i guess their clock is fast.

While the employees have been helpful and pleasant I am not pleased due the following issues. I have a dental appointment that requires antibiotics. I called the refill in last week. Prescription is refillable til 8/27/24. They don't refill until the dental office calls them. Last week I had a couple of coupons, one for $8.00 on a nasal spray I needed. The register refused to honor it. So the cashier suggests I try a Walgreens coupon I had but didn't use. It was refused too even though I had met all requirements. She apologizes and I pay for my items. And I receive another of the same Walgreens coupon it had just refused!

Customer service is non existence....they constantly let me run out of BP meds...absolutely the worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with....gonna be moving my business for sure

2 phone calls and 3 trips into the store and I cannot get a prescription filled I stood in front of Pharmacy yesterday and specifically told associate to cancel one prescription and fill the other, I got the text today saying my prescription was filled, I go to the store for the 3rd time(within 24 hours) today for the prescription, it was the one I cancelled and the one I wanted was not there. Wasting working people's time, they close at 5pm so no going after work, what a comedy of errors.

If I could give a zero I would. How is it these insurance companies are going to dictate what pharmacy we go to and they work 9 to 5 Bankers hours. After just having surgery and not able to get my prescriptions is ridiculous to say the least. This town preaches small business yet big pharma don't allow it, money hungry greedy SOB's! I know from experience our small town pharmacies would be sure their customers have the prescriptions they need, even if it's after hours. Theirs gotta be something we can do to change this! 😡

Would give the pharmacy staff a -10 been there three times now for a script to be filled like 6 people working back there was a ride from bowling green plus hour wait this time think they hired these people from the shell gas station in town no I won't give them my business

Spoke with the pharmacy over the phone and got hung up on. The female worker was very rude. Do not recommend

Pharmacy lacks customer service. Out of medication and haven’t been able to contact doctor and went to them as a last resort of not knowing what to do. Was told to just keep calling.
