Ashton P. was my sales rep and she was the most understanding and patient! She was absolutely my strongest advocate when working with my previous Lien holder that was out of state. She really worked with my budget and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need or that wasn’t too far out of my price range. She was extremely informative with finance options and had some of the best customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. Overall a superb personality and someone I feel super comfortable calling up with any questions I may have! HIGHLY recommend Hunt Ford in Franklin, but most especially Ashton!!

Took my company fleet truck in for some recalls to be performed this week. Had the best experience while there, got promt service upon arrival and while I was waiting for the work to be done the service advisor came out 3 times to let me know how it was going and how much longer it would be. Also almost every employee that walked by me acknowledged me and one even asked if I wanted a water or anything. Will definitely go back to Hunt Ford for future work to be done. Highly recommend! They made me feel right at home.

This place has exceptional customer service!! My husband had to pick up his vehicle for work and i normally don’t get home from work until about 5:20 and they close at 5:30 and we live 15 minutes away. Well we got here a couple minutes after closing and they opened the doors just to let us in!!!! Amazing!!! Overly joyed by the kindness of these workers! Keep it up!!!!!!! 😁

Hunt Ford has a well run service department. They diagnose the vehicle’s problem and order parts to repair. They are accurate in their time estimates and once the parts are received, they call you for another appointment with an estimate of how long you will spend at their business. The estimated times they have given me are exactly as expected. No need for a loaner car and you get to drive your car until your part comes in. Of course, this is if the part is not a “drivable” part. I am very pleased with Hunt Ford … as opposed to Two Rivers Ford which is a train wreck.

I drove from Nashville to this dealer in Franklin, Kentucky, because my mother has been so satisfied with her salesman, Bobby, for a long time now, and she also has only good things to say about the service department. I knew which ever dealership I chose, it would be necessary to order my truck. Bobby placed that order for me in September, 2023, and it finally arrived in February, 2024. We were able to communicate information via phone calls, texts, and emails, so that everything was ready when I drove up to pick up my new truck. Bobby did a good job of giving me a crash course on operating the vehicle. He was very easy to work with, and the same was true of Travis, the finance manager. It was a pleasure talking with both of them and I felt the respect a customer should feel. I have no regrets about my decision to order my truck through this dealership an hour away from my home. I intend to take the truck to Hunt’s service department for maintenance work, and have every reason to expect the same satisfaction as I have with my purchase process.

I had Hunt Ford pick up my car at my home and complete an oil change with tire rotation. I work from home and usually have to spend hours on a Saturday getting this type of service taken care of. They picked up my car and dropped it back off after the service and did a great job. Would highly recommend anyone with a hectic schedule try this convenient service.
