I will say I have to disagree with some comments This location is awesome their drinks and food are good, this place gets busy so there may be a wait but the service is fast and it’s totally worth it besides that I come here for the staff , Allison and her staff are the nicest and bubbliest people ever I love when they leave little notes on the drinks. I sometimes be in and out because they remember my order. Allison made me a lavender lemonade once and it quickly became a fav 😌 I highly recommend that. The place is clean and the atmosphere is always great 10/10 would recommend

Staff was very helpful when I asked for recommendations. They have lots of coffee options and specifically lots of matcha options. Food is served as well. I only tried the la la latte since it was my first time here and was decently surprised! Coffee flavor really popped, and the foam on top was my favorite. Hoping to come back and try a different coffee. I also really like that they have sturdy cups lol.

Cute coffee shop , decor is beautiful, they always have cute packaging for seasonal drinks , and the matcha here is amazing love the perfect matcha iced or the lala matcha so good highly recommend. Matcha is very Rich in taste not bitter or overly sweet. Mild matcha no umami taste.

I love the environment here. Very modern and clean. As for the drink selection, I wanted the Gingerbread Chai but it was sold out. I ended up getting the Blue Matcha, and I am so glad that I did! It was delicious, and this was the first time I could get my friend to enjoy a matcha. Great job!

I love this place, there's literally nothing bad about it. I love that they have a more extensive matcha menu than most places and none-coffee options. They really do experiment with different combinations and make it an experience worth visiting for! The entire aesthetic of this place is unmatched and I love that you can order a side of kindness, which means they will compliment you 😊 Love the "Extra" kindness they write on your cups, which includes bad words lol my favorite is their strawberry toast! Highly recommend.

I got the purple rain latte and the queen avocado toast and both were delicious. This place low-key looks like Walmart with all the yellow happy faces but the customer service is exponentially better. Despite it being pretty crowded, the staff remembered my order was attuned to others as well. It also didn't take long, only about 10mins.

Their Perfect coffee truly lives up to its name, offering a delightful blend that keeps me coming back for more. The outdoor seating of the place add to the overall experience, making it one of my favorite spots. However, my only qualm is the occasional wait, especially during peak hours. Sometimes, the line can stretch up to 20 minutes, which can be a deterrent, especially if I'm in a rush. Nonetheless, the quality of their coffee makes it worth the occasional wait, and I continue to be a loyal patron of this wonderful establishment.

I was visiting Houston and left my car overnight to charge in the parking lot. The next morning I walked back to pick up my car and grabbed a cappuccino at LaLa Land. Had never been there before and was dazzled with how bright and relaxing the store felt. As from my other posts, I have always maintained that while the food/product and atmosphere of a store/ restaurant is important, what is most crucial to the success of any retail business is the people who are its face. I had the luck to have been served SJ, Nae, Allison and Ara. They are such a smiling, happy and cheerful team. I wanted to thank the security guard for keeping my car safe and took her in to buy her a cup of coffee. And Team SNAA knew the guard by name. We chatted a little since it was still early and there was no one to serve behind me. This is exactly the kindness that every business needs to display; especially these days. It revives one’s faith in humanity. And the upside down Capp was delicious! LaLa Land would be wise to have a retreat with this team giving lessons in being cheerful and kind. Thank you, Allison, Ara, Nae and SJ!

Pretty cute spot!!! Fun drink options and even dairy free milks and la la clouds available! Fun merchandise available for purchase as well. We ordered the French toast latte and Milk & honey latte with coconut milk and a coconut cream la la cloud. Delicious- if you like sugary coffee that doesn’t taste like coffee this is the place for you! They even have food & our sweet treats available for purchase!

Great place to grab a coffee and quick breakfast snacks. They have a line out the door on weekends. Service is a little sluggish, but they get the drinks out and food in a decent t amount of time... though not at the same time, which can be frustrating.

The ice coffee is amazing. I had the honey and milk latte. The coffees are well made and very pretty. I also ordered the almost croissant and it was very good. I love the area. There are a lot of seating area outside and inside. Love the ambiance and the decoration. I will definitely be back to LaLa Land!!!!

I am in love with La La land in Shepherd and its staff because they have all become my friends and they are always happy and very friendly and the food is delicious. The coffee is spectacular!

Tried during their soft opening, everyone is super friendly and the kindness is infectious and a great way to start your morning. First time here, tried the Perfect Latte and a simple butter croissant. It’s hard to describe, but the Perfect Latte really was perfect, just the right amount of sweetness. Beautiful space, convenient location, will definitely be back to try some of the other interesting lattes!

I just love this place!! I’m a matcha fanatic and the fact that they have an entire matcha menu sparks pure joy. The service is always fantastic: everyone greets you with a smile and are pleasant and helpful. The perfect matcha latte is…well, perfect. I’ve gotten the strawberry one in the past and it was way too sweet. The staff member mentioned that you can ask for the any beverage with less sweeteners and that was a helpful reminder. The avocado toast is a good portion, though it is a little pricey. The cups, the decor and the overall aesthetic/vibe is just so bright and instantly makes me feel lighter when I walk in the door. This location does get crowded sometimes but it usually clears out quickly as it’s in a shopping center so people are in and out.

The whole store is just so cute. I adore the minimalistic aesthetic with splashes of yellow. It feels so calming. Lala latte tastes great with cold foam on top😊. The indoor seating area is quite small but they have lots of chairs outdoor. They sold some cute merch too

Wow, amazing place. Super crowded, but worth the wait. Ordered the avocado toast and was pleasantly surprised with the taste and the amount of avocado they used. The la la land latte was amazing. This is definitely and place for a date. Price is a bit high though.

Stopped by here for after-lunch coffee. Got Rush Hour Cold Brew and La La Matcha Latte. Drinks were good. Drinks on the menu seem to be mostly espresso- or matcha-based with a range of different flavors. Got here just after noon on a Saturday and there was a long line at the counter, and it was a little hard to find the end of the line, and I guess waiting time was reasonable. Nice interior design and good seating, so the way to wait in line should be organized better. Also there was outside seating. Saw many people getting pastries or food items so want to come back and try that.

Came around 9am on a Tuesday. Located in the new MKT. there was a line of guests but the line moved fast. You have to order with the cashier then wait for your drinkers We ordered the iced upside down latte with oat milk, the Lala avocado toast and the butterfly matcha latte. Everything was delicious and made with love. Once you order your food and drinks you have to walk to the end of the counter to pick them up then go find seating. The coffee shop is clean, cute merch for sale and the seating is ample. A great spot for a casual breakfast or even a business meeting. Definitely coming back soon!

The vibes are so contagious! They have the cutest decor and the customer service is amazing. On my first visit to this new location (so happy we have a location in Houston now)I got the French toast latte and the hazelnut toast (without bananas because they were out). There’s plenty of outdoor seating too and decent parking too.
