Great Experience! Took my car in for a transmission fluid leak coming from the bellhousing. They kept me up to date throughout the entire process, and got the issue taken care of quickly. I do a lot of my own repairs and maintenance, but I also know when a job is above my pay grade... which this definitely was. Will definitely return in the future if I have anymore transmission issues. Thank you to everyone at the shop for taking care of my car!

I hadn't known many shops in the area, but was recommended this shop by a few people I had spoken with. Spoke with several of the people while there about an ongoing issue with my vehicle. Keith, Tyler, and Trevor were all very informative and explained all things to me in terms I could easily grasp. When my issue originally couldn't be replicated by the tech Trevor, they gave me a call to offer that I come drive to see if I could recreate the problem myself. Previous shops I had gone to did not offer this to me, so the want to help and inform is extremely appreciated by me! Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to have repairs done to their vehicles and are in the area.

Mike and the team at Milex auto Care were thorough, professional and honest. Mike explained everything about my car issues in detail and they never tried to take advantage of my situation. I will definitely use them for future needs and highly recommend them.

Very honest and upfront. Car runs great! I worked directly with Mike and Tyler, I asked a lot of questions and they answered all of them without hesitation. Everyone who worked on my car did a great job and I got it back pretty quick.

These guys were absolutely amazing, from the time I walked into the door a complete stranger, until I left out of there with my car, these guys helped me every step of the way. My transmission was bad and they helped make sure that my car was fixed properly and dealt with all the loose ends that I couldn't handle. I was referred to them from a third party and thought they had to be like any other shop, they are all the same. But Tyler made sure that I left there believing that there are people and shops out there that care about the working man. I would give them a 10 star rating over and over. If you have any car needs hit these guys up they are freakin awesome.

We are all skeptical of auto repair shops, especially if we’ve had a “shady” experience with one in the past.
The crew at Mr. Transmission in Florence, KY, exceeded every thought and expectation I had, from the initial conversation doing my due diligence to the completed repairs.
They went above and beyond, in my opinion. Tyler made it a point to keep me informed and provide me with all options, as well as recommendations, even when it wasn’t financially benefitting their business.
Having my truck back and driving it for close to 2K miles, the repairs made a world of difference that I noticed from just leaving their lot.
I wanted a shop that gave a damn about my truck and me as a customer. This crew, hands down, they were the right shop and will be my go to for future services; without hesitation.
We all have different experiences, different expectations, and circumstances…but mine has been nothing but exceptional.

The guys did a great job getting our suburban back on the road much cheaper than any dealer. They communicated well through the entire process. Will use them in the future for other automotive repairs in the future.

Absolutely fantastic experience. They let us know every step of the way where they were in the process, parts needed, cost of parts and estimated time of repair. You couldn't ask for anything more out of a repair shop.

Outstanding customer service.

I usually do all my car work myself because I’m cautious of some shop’s practices but I finally folded because I couldn’t diagnose an issue on my truck and I needed to get back to work.

The people here made me realize that not every shop is bad. From the time I first called them they were polite and friendly. I took my truck to them and they had it in and diagnosed the issue for me quickly in time for me to get back to work.

10/10 customer service that you will not get at a dealership.

Absolutely professional work with fair pricing, they took the extra time to diagnose and fix a complex problem with my vehicle that was not a common issue. Would recommend to anyone who needs an honest opinion and professional work.

Yes they are very professional and polite. AND when I went to get my freon refilled I was amazed they clean my engine and all the stuff under the hood. Great place to go to if you need your transmission worked on.

And they are very patient and understanding when. They understand that your car repair is a emotional financial decision and takes that into consideration. I would recommend them to everyone.

She is warm, friendly, informative and simply knows her stuff. She told upfront of the challenges and time constraints. Her 30+ years experience shows. My transmission was replaced well in advance of when I expected it. Susan was just as excited to tell me as I was to get the good news. I have found a new home to take care my cars with confidence. I have already made referrals and will continue to do so. Life is interesting in how people connect or reconnect and how they otherwise cross paths in our lives. A transmission rebuild on my 2017 jeep Rubicon, Sierra they got it in called me the next day to tell me what was needed. I wasn’t surprised because I took it to the dealership but they wanted 6500 to do it because my warranty had just expired. So I read reviews on places around the area and came to the conclusion that these guys was my best option. The service mechanic was Tyler. The job took a a week or so due to other parts needed to be ordered from a dealership. But other than that they got it up and running. I am writing this review 2 months after the job was done so I can actually put some miles on it to ensure the quality of work was done and I can say yes. So I am a very satisfied customer. So thanks guys

This is a top notch place to take your vehicle for the simple fact that they treat you like a human being. The owner and mechanics are informative and a pleasure to speak with. They are usually busy and you may have to wait a minute but to me that’s good news because apparently other people trust them too. They take their time to do things right and they don’t screw you in the pocket either. A fair place to go that does a great job with great customer service. That’s hard to find these days but this place has it.
