Pedego Electric Bikes Houston Heights

I stopped by Pedego with my family a couple of days before Christmas to check out an E-Tricycle. They were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, allowing me to take a test ride, and also letting my son and husband try it out, too! It was my first time to ride one, and I'm not quite ready to buy, but Pedego will definitely be on my list when I'm ready to roll!

Had such a great time renting e-bikes when my family was in town! Len helped acquire extra rentals for our large group of 8. We biked to Saint Arnold’s and back and had a blast. With the pedal assist you could level up and down between zero effort or full exercise which was perfect. Len even went the extra mile and drove out to meet us went my Aunt got a flat tire!! 10/10 would recommend!

It was over 100 degrees today, and the e-bike rental from Pedego was the most fun way to spend the afternoon. We rented e-bikes for the first time and rode the bayou trail to downtown over to Shepherd, back up the bayou past TC Jester. The speed settings let you decide if you want to work out or cruise, and Bluetooth helmets meant we could talk free whole time.

The breeze at 15mph is nice downtown underneath the bridges.

Bring a backpack with some water if it’s mega hot and it’s honestly pretty amazing. We are looking forward to our next ride on the bayou trail. The hotter it gets the more you get the whole trail to yourself.

Len was amazing - stopped in while on a ride to see if he could take a look at my Brakes, and he was able to get them tuned up perfectly even though I don’t ride a Pedego bike. Stop in if you have time, great shop!

Len was awesome found a Pedago I liked and was out the door riding same day! Would highly recommend a Len, this shop, and Pedago!!

If you want to bike around and through the city of Houston, you should definitely rent your bike at Pedego. My family came to visit and the owner and staff treated us like family! It was the best experience for a family outing. Nothing but 5 stars for this place. So good!

You ever have one of those days where you woke up and decided you were going to buy an e-bike? Me neither. Rent them yes, buy one no. Seems my wife had a different plan for my birthday brunch though. A big surprise. Having seen the fun we had renting e-bikes on our last two vacations, and having more nice trails open up in our area, she said we should give Pedego a try since they took great care of us for all of our local rental questions. Len Tiernay took excellent care of us while also taking care of the various folks that stopped by for pick ups or questions. He juggles customers well. He stepped us through the store inventory, the options for the bike we chose, and recommended an excellent lock and mounting bracket that we had not thought of. He even helped us with the delivery. He thought of everything and took all the stress out of buying an e-bike. Thank you Len for taking such excellent care of us! We look forward to putting some Fall miles on our Avenue!

Sunday E-Bike tours were amazing!!! We did the food bike tours. The food on the tour and the bike ride were perfect for Sunday Funday highly recommend you try these tours!!!!

Awesome experience, the bike path is a a great place to ride which starts right behind the store. Len was so helpful and don't miss your chance to hear more about the Pedego bikes.

We found the shop through a quick google search on Houston and electronic bikes. In today’s limited vehicle market, my friend’s aim was to provide an affordable solution to purchasing a third vehicle.

We presented a narrative for use of the bike and the associate was able to make recommendations for which bike to choose.

The test ride was so fun! I may look into renting one for a fun day on the town.

The sales associate took a few minutes to perfect everything on the bike and we left with one the same day. He even replaced a scratched fender.

Overall, our experience was fun and enjoyable.

Helpful and friendly staff, the bikes worked great. This location is excellent, for many miles of nice trails. We turned left from this store and went north, giving us over 6 miles of trails through mostly green spaces and through several parks. Will definitely be back

I got a flat tire near this shop so I decided to stop by in hopes they would have a replacement for my non electric Specialized bike. Len saved the day with a new tire that was a perfect fit. Excellent customer service. Thanks again Len!

My husband and I spent a couple of hours here today. They were helpful, knowledgeable, patient and no high-pressure sales. We took multiple bikes for test rides and had a great time trying to decide which ones we liked best. Wonderful experience - I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for an e-bike!

Very good experience. I had a few questions to start. Stephanie answered all readily. I had been shopping online, but found more questions than answers online. Brick and mortar gave the chance to see options (lots) and understand details. And there are no online test rides. Got my chance here.

The folks at Pedego Heights location are wonderful. Everyone including the owners are very nice , making you feel like you are the only customer. We had such a great experience from the first time we rented till today when we purchased. I highly recommend them!

We did the Torque and Cork tour and it was so much fun! The staff was so friendly - Steph, Nick, and Ranger! Loved chatting with them.
