The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Doctor Cabrera, was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left feeling confident in the care I received. Highly recommend this office.

I actually have a positive reviews about this office and their staff. Very quick to be seen walkins aren’t taken up when they open, Dr Mansour Usudan got labs report that I needed from another doctors office that they (weslaco family care center) made difficult to get. Got my refill for my medicines and really good at explaining to me what’s wrong or what I can improve on for my health.

The best doctor I have seen here is Dr. Cabrera. He really cares and he gets to the bottom of your illness. After two weeks of not being able to sleep, I went in to office and got to see him for first time and he was the one to help me. Great doctor God bless him always.

I love how my Dr takes time to review the reason I’m there. They make sure all your needs/questions are met. There are times it takes a while to get through, but it goes to show that they are that busy (Keep calling) because the service is excellent. The front staff will always greet you with a smile and answer with grace 😊... Thank you!

Staff and docs are awesome! I drive from San Juan just to visit Dr. Cabrera and staff. Always a clean facility. Staff is courteous.

Dr Cabrera was great took his time was patient explained everything to me the staff was friendly and helpful the facility was very clean well controlled regarding coven concerns.

First time establishing a PCP, and even though I was a walk in and waited a long period of time the visit with Dr.Cabrera made it up. As a medical professional I am understanding of the wait time due to many reasons of things that happen in a doctors office and most importantly respect people’s scheduled appts. Dr. Cabrera was extremely attentive, his professionalism is beyond expectations and truly cares about our concerns as a patient. 10/10. Staff was kind, not to mention they have somebody greeting and assisting patients as they walk in and keeping the area clean. Receptionist Emma is incredible at what she does in assisting the patients as they walk in.

Front office has the worst service I've ever experienced. Try reaching out via phone for assistance, no one answers the call. Doesn't matter what time you call, call just rings. I'm not complaining about being a patient because the physician's and PA's are all great but the front office truly is disappointing to deal with.

A NP suggested that I get a second opinion stating for me to not see my gynecologist Annabele Lopez. I waited a month to go to RGV Women's Health Center with Dr. Cantu. They needed a referral from the doctor. The NP failed to do. I do not recommend this place at all. Look elsewhere.

If i could give this office no stars I would. The entire staff is rude, uncooperative and quite frankly not for the health care service. You never know when you actually see your Dr or if you're going to see a practitioner which they never inform the patient beforehad. The wait times are ridiculous and many times my mom has been forgotten about. They make it incredibly difficult to get refills on medication, or to get in contact with a nurse. Even when setting up appointments you have to call multiple times before you can even speak to an actual person.

Having to wait 3-4 hours per appointment is a garbage waste of time just so they can answer a few questions GTFO garbage service. Can’t put no stars

I have been going to Dr Fuentes since I was a teenager. And since they were bought out and are under different management they failed as a practice to take care of their patients.

Every time I call no one answers. It is an automated system advising that my call is very important to them and to wait for an agent. If it was so important they wouldn’t have me waiting longer than 5 minutes.

As someone with a chronic illness, I need a doctor that prioritizes customer service and quality care. This practice does not have it.

I will be transferring somewhere else.

0 stars for sure. Receptionists mess up 10/10 times and the wait is usually 3+ hours. 3 months to schedule doctor appointment. Went in twice this month and both times they forgot my appointment and sent me home. Horrible avoid at all costs

Overall experience was bad. Calling the office to get an appointment was a struggle. Took 40 minutes to get a hold of the front desk to schedule an appointment. The day of the visit was worse. Front desk clerk appeared frustrated and was rude. Nurse practitioner Puente was also impolite and unprofessional, not only to me but my mom. I do not recommend this place.
