KANE'S Drive Thru

In and out quick. All your basic convenient needs, without getting our of your car. This location has gone through alot of business changes and I gotta say, I dig the red and black. It's alot better than how it looked before.

My mom was shorted 15.00 on her change for a mineral water and when the owner was called she showed up and acted completely unprofessional and rude to her. My sister and I showed up and immediately the owner said that my mom was rude and she was past the point of helping her (if a customer is missing money they are going to be upset, de-escalate, don't escalate 🙄). I tried my best to try and talk to her nicely and professionally the way she should have handled herself if she appreciated her customers. All we wanted was footage for my mom's peace of mind, to which the owner responded, that she would show us if a police officer requested it, with that being said my sister walked off to call PD While I stayed behind talking to the owner, After talking for a few minutes she decided to pull out her phone, to supposedly show me the footage but kept going on and on about being there for shift change and to pick up money so that she knew 100% there was not even ONE 20 DOLLAR BILL IN THE TILL. As the incident progressed I found out, that she was lying about that.... she showed up for the sole purpose of arguing with my mom because the cashier called her about the situation and accused my mom of not wanting to move out of the drive-thru line..... so... first off why lie about that? 🤔 to begin with no drive-thru that closes at 10 pm is doing shift change at 730pm 🤦‍♀ as she was rambling she was still going through her phone to supposedly show me that footage but she continued rambling about a different footage "Oh wait, this isn't the one" and this and that, I could tell she was just using that time to try to B....S.... Then when my sister came up and said she called the cops the owner decided to run, and I mean run off, drove off. After filing a report and wasting another 10 minutes there, we left. Then 20 minutes later she called the officer to ask him to call us back for the change because she found out she was wrong and that one of the cashiers confessed to moving the 20$ to a different section of the till where the $20 belonged. Why not say that when we were there? Why say there's no $20 in the till at all? What a waste of time and how unprofessional on their part to not want to handle this properly and timely. Lesson learned for my mom, I told her never to go back. I've been there ONCE and never again, staff SUCKED, THEY MOVE SLOW which ok to each their own, but they SEEMED SO LOST so not my cup of tea when it comes to customer service I choose to stay away but my mom didnt know any better. Shows how lost they are if they couldnt give the right change back the first time 😏

Ayi Nooooo!!!! I went for a Strawberry Fanta and the cashier just stood there with a blank stare. She had no idea what a Strawberry Fanta was. It was very in convenient for me to have to get off and get my own drink. Main reason of going to a drive thru is not to get off your vehicle. Never again!! (One lost customer for not knowing your inventory)

people here are rude, unprofessional, lazy and dirty took forever to get 1 drink and were talking taking their sweet time then proceeded to give me the wrong change taking another 10 minutes to get it. Girls r gross poking wedgies and touching people’s food without washing hands 🤢🤢 never again

This place sucks , the staff is sluggish, always in a bad mood. Short change people, WESLACO TX , juan botas & grill drive thru and Frankie's drive thru is way better. Stay away from here !! Get treated right ✅ 👌

Worse place ever. They are so slow and don’t even know what they sell
Their beer taste so bad and smells old. I saw roaches walking around their walls and the place stinks.

Went to buy some micheladas, they gave me very little clamato, more ice than anything. When I complained they wanted to charge me for another michelada. It was flavorless.They skimped me out on the shrimp. I don't recommend this place for micheladas.👎

very rude employees, take their sweet times on purpose and do not know how to take care of a business correctly.

Trying to buy a drink but I have to wait till the guy in last last car shoots his shot and gets the girls number. I just left won't be going back.

Pésimo servicio, muy lentas al atender, Te atienden de mala gana, y las micheladas están del asco, Horrible
