Shady Acres RV Park

We work on the road and finding a good campground is hard! Thank god we found this place! We was up the road and they overcharged us really bad. This place is so clean! You have plenty of room. The owners work really hard to keep it nice. The ladies in the office are very sweet. The shower house/bathroom is very clean as well. We're in the back in the new section and it's very quiet. This is the place you want to stay trust me!!

This park is pristine. The owners take pride in this park and it shows with ongoing improvements. It's very quiet. It has cement level sites that are extremely large, a nice size space in between sites. It's conveniently located as well.

What a delightful find! We moved from another location that failed in every measurable comparison. This place is well managed, clean, full featured, and a step up in both people and experience. We are sooooo glad we moved!

This wonderful park "resort" is the best in the business. The manager Thelma keeps this community in tip top shape. There is plenty of fun things to do. The swimming pool is always clean, There is a recreation room that has games including pool tables ect. The gym is top notch. The stars at night are amazing! We are very happy doing business with Thelma. She makes the difference. The grounds are next level. 5⭐'s. Thank you Thelma and team!

The best of the best. Thelma works hard every single day to make sure everything it up to date, and keeps the park very well maintained. She works with you and helps you in anyway she can. You won’t regret coming here, whether it’s for a night, or several nights. We love it here. 🥰

I have been here since April 2020. Mrs. Thelma has been absolutely wonderful to me. It's an awesome place to stay at. She's always monitoring the park to make sure it is safe and family oriented. I'd recommend this place to anyone passing through or looking for a permanent place to stay. They have really made me feel at home.

Great Place!
I found the staff to be very helpful. No problems at all. In fact they (manager, maintenance) went out of their way for me.
The park looks brand new, very clean,very quiet. Laundry, showers, the pool will be finished soon.. right off the hwy, but you don't hear the traffic noise.
I like the people here and and i like the park itself. I look to my next trip down to Texas .

My husband and have been here for a couple of weeks now. This place is absolutely amazing!!!! It has everything you need . It has a very nice , clean laundry, very clean bathrooms with showers. Also has a game room & weight room. They are in the process of putting in a pool & play ground for kids. It already has a full basketball court. But I can't say enough about Thelma she is the manager here. Our hose was leaking, I went to the office to see if they had one for sale. They did put it wasn't enough . I told her I guess I will have to go buy one. She told me no come with me. She took me and gave me of her hoses to use while we are here. That's the kind of people you will meet here. You need anything you just ask her. She is truly a gem.

We moved here last February and love it! The park is quiet, clean and has all the amenities. We love the new concrete pads and the laundry room and bathrooms are always clean well kept. The friendly and helpful staff are superior to any we’ve ever experienced. Thank you Shady Acres making us feel ‘at home.’

I wanted to wait a month to do a complete review. We have been here one month now, and I can honestly say that they take care of the property and the campers. Even after hours they are out and around the property working, cleaning, do regular upkeep & maintenance, and so on. There were two occasions that I needed assistance after hours, and Ms. Thelma without hesitation helped me get my propane tank filled, and changed in smaller bills for me to do laundry. The pictures you see are 100% accurate with regards to how clean it is,
and stays. They have security cameras all around the property, and take keeping campers, kiddos, and property safe. The pool, basketball court, game room, and gym are all just added bonuses to this RV Park. Oh, and Ms. Penny was so helpful with regard to a mis delivered package. She didn't have to do anything, but she told me exactly what to do and offered to call or help find/track it down. Very happy with our decision to stay here, and could not recommend them enough.

Spent 3 nights here and was so impressed! Concrete pads, full hookup and friendly staff. The bathrooms/showers and laundry room were spotless!

My husband and I have stayed here 1 year at Shady Acres. It is first class. Everything is kept so clean. I have looked at other RV Parks and none hold a candle to Shady Acres. The Manager Thelma is the best. She us always so helpful. I plan on staying here as long as they let me. I know most people say you can't give a 5 ⭐ rating. But I can for Shady Acres. It is a 5⭐ RV Resort. I promise you will not be disappointed with your stay here. The people here are so nice and helpful. I love it here.

Wonderful place, manager Thelma Puga has the best customer service skills. She lets all potential customers know she is there for them, just let her know if anything is needed! Showers, restroom always clean! Anyone that goes camping knows clean restrooms are important.

This is a great place. The manager is very nice and helpful. It is safe and clean. The facility are always very clean and nice. My husband and I love it here. It is centrally located to everything.

This is a place to go if you want fun i recommend it the people here are very respectful and it is just a good spot to have fin and spend time with your family

Perfect Park.. I've watched this park transform from a dusty , overgrown field with hookups , to a modern clean, quiet RV park. I wish I had photos to upload. Definitely happy to recommend Shady Acres to anyone looking for a spot for the night or for years.

its very new. concrete pads and dust free with chip seal drives. and there's a new pool being in stalled for the summer months. large shade trees and quiet.
