David was amazing! We had another septic company come out before. They didn’t do the entire job and we were unaware of it. The problem persisted. I called Harrington and they were willing to drive out an hour to help us. David was knowledgeable, friendly, and did an excellent job. We couldn’t be happier! David was very friendly, respectful and did a great job.
We had made appointment for Thursday but they were able to come on Tuesday to get our bathrooms back in order.
Very reasonable price as well.

David even waited a few minutes for some customers to clear before coming in. He was fast and very careful of our property. We appreciate the work y’all do for businesses!

We have been using this company for our grease traps for almost a year, and today When we got our service, we got one of the nicest guys, Tony. He took his time to make sure we had a good service done. He mentioned he was new on the company and I hope he sticks with us for a while. He’s such a nice guy. Great service

Had some issues with aerobic system pump and hadn’t had tanks emptied. Johnny worked on the pump issue and Tony came to pump the tanks. Both were nice and respectful. Tony had a lot of work to do digging up the lid. It was sealed with foam by the original installer and hard to get off without breaking it but he took extra time to do it right. Tony was also concerned about backfilling the hole and getting the dirt looking right as best he could.

What an awesome company! We have used them several times over the past couple of years and they have gone above and beyond each time. Jerry is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and always a pleasure to communicate with on site. We were referred to Harrington by a friend and highly recommend using them for your environmental needs. From the office to the field, everyone we have interacted with at Harrington is top notch!
