Excellent customer service. John was awesome. His knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. Despite being the only employee and having several customers waiting, John remained calm, cool and collected. He kept a smile on his face and assured everyone that he would be with them as soon as possible. His work ethic is superb. He made sure that mine and my family’s phones were activated and working properly before we left. We had 4 phones to transfer service to which took some time but John never rushed the process. Outstanding experience!

John is amazing! Knowledgeable and goes above and beyond! Takes the time to make sure you understand everything and gets you the plan and phone that is right for your situation. It is so nice to be able to walk into the store and not deal with the 1800
Customer service people 🤢. John and staff go the extra mile, even remembering names of most of the customers. You don’t get that anywhere anymore! ❤ The phone service is pretty great too but the customer service is what keeps us with Verizon.

This location and the two employees who have helped me over the last few weeks have been excellent. I’ve been having a complex issue with AT&T for almost a month and while they sort this issue out I have moved to a prepaid Verizon device. This location has been very helpful in my transition and has pointed me in correct directions during Verizon system issues that popped up a week after I started my new service. Very friendly staff who are willing to listen and help. Y’all are much appreciated!

Erica helped me so much. My phone screen went black she helped me by getting new phone and even me with customer service even arguing with them to get me money refunded. I can't thank her enough

John escobar Was amazing he was the only one at the front. I love the service he provided. He was calm and Very professional, and for once he knew what he was talking about. Some people don't. The service was very fast and I'm very satisfied with my visit. We definitely need more people like him in the service industry.

The people at this store were nice patient and explained all pricing for the products I purchased. The team environment shared in the store works great. I went in on a Saturday talking with John and back on Sunday finishing the sale with Abby. Abby was awesome. Abby & John thank you guys for making the buying process and transition from my old service provider to the Verizon easy. You are awesome!

My mom and I went to the store to add another line to my account. As soon as we walked in Josh was greeting us and getting the information to get it done. We spent 90% of our time just chit chatting with him. He was super helpful and was able to get it done quickly. It was such a friendly environment compared to most high pressure retail stores.

Unfortunately, I had dealt with an incompetent agent through the app about some fees being charged to my account and as soon as I was done with the awful agent I received an email about my experience. I thought the email was for the agent through the app but by coincidence it was for Josh at the store. I ended up leaving a HORRIBLE review against Josh and not the other person. I called Josh and explained what happened and he was totally understanding. He tried to make it right by us because he thought we had ill will against him when we didn’t. So even though he did NOTHING wrong he still tried to make it right by helping us. I can’t even begin to apologize enough for leaving him a bad review since this was all such a huge misunderstanding on my part. I sincerely don’t have a single bad thing to say about our experience on Saturday. He was so friendly and polite. I hope there wasn’t any reprimanding because of this. If there was any way I could correct the survey I would do it!!

I apologize a million times to Josh and his team for this mix up.

In spite of it being a very busy day & there being some issues in buying my new phone, John did an excellent job. But the poor guy needs some help! He was multitasking like a Jedi master & I felt a little sorry for him. I will definitely be willing to work with him again when it's time to add a hotspot.

Josh and his staff are amazing! The way he interacted with his customers was great. They got everyone talking and he helped my family! I can say he genuinely cares. He also walked me to the door. Thank you Josh for everything you did for us!

I’m blown away at the EXCELLENT customer service I just experienced! I’ve only done my Verizon transactions at Costco because I seemed to get the best service there. Not anymore!! Josh should be in charge of training other Verizon stores because his professionalism, knowledge and transparency of how the process/equipment works should be the standard level of service you receive anywhere! If you haven’t done business here and value how customer service used to be, then you need to visit here! I didn’t catch the other gentleman’s name that was working but he was also knowledgeable so you know this store is built on making sure the customer leaves with with a huge smile on their face! THANK YOU!

The girl who actually helped me, Abbie did a fantastic job! She helped me with setting up my replacement phone. Unfortunately the phone uses an e-SIM so it was a bit complicated. But she got it worked out and I left the store a happy customer regardless. Thank you again!

I enjoyed coming to this store here in Corsicana! Erika was AMAZING with helping me out & explaining the pricing as well as how much upgrading my phone would change my bill. I appreciate her patiences as well! The customer service is beyond great here!!

The Manager, Josh went above and beyond for my husband and I. We arrived just as he was closing but he stayed open long enough to help me get a new phone. He was very helpful in finding us the best deals, extremely friendly, and definitely made us feel like we were important! We will definitely use RC in the future! Thanks again Josh!

John was by himself and absolutely swamped! He was calm, sweet to everyone, and had about 4 customers going at once ! And everyone seemed very happy and grateful that John was willing to take care of them! I know I was!

The staff are well trained professionals that are committed to making your visit pleasant and attending to your needs in a friendly fashion. My experience at this Verizon store was awesome. They continue to be helpful when I call with a question. You can’t go wrong here!
