Just bought a new Dodge last night and had an amazing experience at the dealership. The people were genuine, not pushy, and efficient. So thankful we just happened to stop by and take a look there. Also the office staff was friendly and our kids had a place to play, relax, and tons of snacks and drinks to make everyone comfy. Definitely recommend this dealership!

Had my Ram truck serviced and took a little longer than usual, manager apologized and when they finished they wrote on the bill no charge, never had any dealership do that before

Jessica and the mechanics at Brinson did me right. Stranded in the area overnight and had to have my Hummer towed in to a shop near a hotel(how convenient!). Not a vehicle they normally wld work on but they got me in and fixed right up in the morning. Excellent service with a smile. Thanks folks!

I needed a last minute state inspection on my Chrysler vehicle on a Friday afternoon. Phyllis was my service advisor and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the time I pulled onto the service drive to the time my car was done was about 15 minutes. That is “excellent” customer service and I would like to thank Brinson Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep for such prompt and courteous service, especially for a walk-in customer without an appointment. Sales staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Never felt pressured through the entire process. Ryan was a pleasure to work with. Purchased a car for my wife. While waiting had my truck serviced. Service staff was also very personable and friendly. Had it in and out in no time. One of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time!

They went out of there way to help me and my wife even tho we didn't find the truck or car but we will ck back in a couple of months if they don't call us first

I felt the dealership was very fair in their pricing. One of the few dealerships not price gouging during the auto shortage and pandemic. Shawn was respectful and courteous without being pushy. While I was still shopping around he thanked me for the opportunity to earn my business. Because of his professionalism I actually came back and chose a business that I felt would continue to support me after the sale instead of the cheapest purchase option. Great customer service for the life of my vehicle ownership is worth the very few extra dollars I spent

The experience I had at Brinson was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to keep me informed about my vehicle multiple times throughout the day while it was being repaired. All of my questions were answered and they even called and worked with my warranty company for me to save me the hassle. The issue was fixed as quickly as possible! I highly recommend using them for all future issues.

I really like these gentlemen! I took a Chevy I had just purchased almost a year prior up there and told them about my bad buying experience. Marcus the salesman went above and beyond to help me. Just all around friendly and helpful at this place. Just want to say thank you to these guys. Makes life easy for the buyer when the guys on the inside actually want to help you and care about what they are doing. Would recommend to anyone!

Had my truck at a different dealership for a steering issue they had it for a week and damage my bumper and didn’t even fix the problem. Brought my truck to this dealership and the had it diagnosed and fixed within 4 days. The steering gearbox that I needed was on back order and they went out of there way to find another one and have it shipped in. Jessica was awesome she kept me informed every step of the way on what was going on she handled everything with my extended warranty company. With the experience I had with this service department I will not take my truck anywhere else in the future. Highly recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our experience with Brinson CDJR and couldn't be happier. We traveled all the way from San Antonio to pick up our new Ram 1500. The entire buying experience was extremely pleasant and easy. Kyle was very quick to reach out to me after I submitted an online inquiry and Joe helped me get the best value for my trade-in and best price for my new truck. They advertise on their website that they will give more for your trade in, and in our case they definitely delivered. I visited many dealerships in San Antonio before making the drive to Corsicana, and this was definitely the best experience. I was 230 miles away but Joe made the experience super easy. Joe was not pushy at all, he was extremely helpful, and only wanted to make sure I got the truck I wanted for the price I wanted. He followed up a few days later to make sure I was happy with my purchase and to ask if I needed anything. Jami was also extremely helpful and gave us a very thorough explanation of the features that come with our new truck. We have already told all our friends how awesome Joe and the entire Brinson staff was and now we want to let everyone else know. We highly recommend Brinson, even if means taking a drive!!

He is a true professional, goes the extra mile for exactly what you are looking for, and is extremely responsive. I am fairly far away from the dealership, but they made me feel at home... The whole buying and trading-in process was accomplished smoothly via phone calls and text messages. They delivered the new vehicle directly to me too. Honest and wonderful people.
