Excellent all around. Can’t say enough great things about Carla our salesperson at Casita who guided us through the entire process and in the end we were delivered a wonderful 2024 Casita Heritage Deluxe that our family is ecstatic about. Would highly recommend this company.

We are extremely happy with our experience of buying a new Casita trailer. Our salesman was Jonathan Willis and he had a very large part in making this an excellent process. He communicated at every turn, answered every question patiently ( and there were many!) and helped us at each step. We were able to purchase a very fine quality trailer, in my opinion, at a very fair price. Actually when we ordered out trailer, the price was higher than currently, due to the pandemic and supply issues. Casita lowered our price to the current lower price, even though we had a signed contract for the higher price. Many companies would not have done this. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Casita.

Super nice trailer (incredibly well designed, solid construction and easy to pull with Audi Q5) sold by super nice people. It’s our first trailer and the Casita folks made it so easy…from ordering to delivery - they made us feel like family. Highly recommend!

This is my 3rd RV, but first towable. The build quality and resale value is phenomenal. The Casita people are best there is. I highly recommend them.

Update: week 1, I've been living in it full-time, driven 1400 miles, and there is not a single defect!! NOTHING even needs adjusting! All of you RV owners out there know how rare this is. Go Casita!

We picked up our 2023 Liberty Deluxe on October 3rd and were met in the parking lot by our sales coordinator, Carla Poarch. It took 13 months for our trailer to be ready. Carla kept us informed along the way, and answered our questions in a timely fashion. On our pickup day, Alan took his time to show us all the systems and how they worked inside and out. We were not rushed in the process and he was patient with all our questions. We spent about four hours total at the Casita factory. Our home is over 2,000 miles away so this meant a lot to us. We are now ready for adventure!

The Casita experience was above and beyond. Carla Poarch was amazing at helping us select the perfect Casita for my husband and I. Our brand new Casita Liberty Deluxe 17’ has already proven to be the best purchase we have made for our excursions and future retirement. Thank you, Carla for guiding us through this process and making our camping and adventure experiences possible!

We love, love, love our new Casita. The year wait to get it was worth the wait. Our salesman, Victor, was great through the whole process. Always responsonded in a timely manner to my emails and phone calls. Overall wonderful experience!

Great experience from start to finish. From the first call talking to the sales department, to pick up was excellent. We spoke with Jonathan who has been with the company over 20 years and knows his stuff and is super friendly. Anytime we talked he was happy to spend the time and explain things or set expectations. Definitely talk to Jonathan if he's available. That being said, everyone there was super friendly, helpful, and happy to have us there.

Definitely consider Casita if you're in the market for a camper!

Picked up our Casita this week and it's was as great as we expected. Carla Poarch made the process easy and she was so helpful over the long months we waited. When we arrived we had an orientation with Allen and he was very thorough and answered all of our questions. Can't wait to start all of our new adventures with our Pearl! We have done a lot of research and found that Casita was an excellent choice!

My wife and I just picked up a new Spirit Deluxe Casita. We haven’t spent a night in it yet but we had a positive experience at their shop in Rice. Carla in sales was very helpful getting things arranged for us and helping us through the process. The staff we dealt with were all very knowledgeable and helpful. All of our questions were answered. We felt appreciated and are happy to be new members of the family.

We were the first scheduled pickup of the day (19 Sept 2022). There was a slight delay, during which we looked at a couple of campers in the showroom. Once things got organized, we got a good tour of our 2022 SD. Camper functions were clearly explained. While we were getting the tour, another Casita worker set up our Andersen hitch.

The closing process on the sale went well. Harald did a good job explaining the warranty and especially the aftermarket shenanigans that could void it.

We had a pretty good idea of how things would go from watching various videos on YouTube, including the ones on the Casita channel. We'd also highly recommend the maintenance and how-to videos on the Casita RV Life channel, Travels and Travails, and RV Adventures. These videos answered most of the questions we may have had, so we were quite confident during the process and on the way home.

During our first month we made four short trips and got a pretty good feel for the camper. We are very well pleased with it and have found nothing to complain about.

We are towing with a 2018 JLU, with a 3500 pound tow capacity. Despite the naysayers, this works well. Watch your weights and speed, don't get stupid, and use the Andersen.

Loved working with Carla! We just bought a new 2024 Spirit Deluxe. No high-pressure sales and she gave us lots of helpful information since she owns one too. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a quality fiberglass camper built right here in Texas.

This has been a great experience from the beginning. The ordering process was made easy by our rep Harald . The pickup went well. The camper is great. We had 2 minor warranty issues, both of which were handled easily. Casita is highly recommended.

Many thanks to not only Casita who build an incredible fiberglass travel trailer but to our salesperson Carla Poarch who helped make this dream become a reality. We started our journey over 3 years ago (at the time of this review), we had placed an order for our trailer but at the last minute before we were about to pick up the trailer we had to back out.

Fast forward to 2022, we knew we still wanted a Castia, so we reached out to Carla and were surprised to find she had kept all of our information and add-ons specs ready to go making this process so smooth we didn't have to start all over again. Big thanks to Carla ;-)

If you are reading this, I am sure you have done as much as we, researching travel trailers, nothing beats the fiberglass Casita travel trailer, in looks, quality, and resalable.

Wonderful experience buying our new Casita from Carla Poarch! Every detail from picking out our trailer model, through the options we chose to the delivery date was handled with the utmost professionalism by Carla. Each time we contacted Carla, she was attentive, and always went above and beyond, moving our pickup date forward over a month, and changing options when we hammered out exactly what we wanted in our little home away from home. Carla is a treasure to work with, and the type of sales professional you would expect from a quality manufacturer like Casita. Thanks Carla, you will certainly be receiving referrals from us!

The folks at Casita were friendly and pleasant to deal with. Carla was particularly helpful. We had our Casita delivered to our home, and the couple who brought it were delightful. Our experience with the staff could not have been better and we love our Casita Independence. We frequently show it to other campers. This is a well-constructed travel trailer.

I often wait a bit to give a review to overcome new owner excitement. We took delivery of our Freedom on December 10th after ordering in September. The delivery date promised was dead on.

Jonathan was our salesman, always responsive, and professional. Jonathan demonstrated some items like the canopy. Hugo Avitia gave us the delivery orientation (four threads fit the anti-sway, propane vs electric for refrigerate, electric jack if the hitch, A/C, etc). He is a dream I retained 95% of what he said.

Noes on the actual product are positive. Previous we owned a next to the top of the line Class C. First time we converted the dinette for sleeping it collapsed. This will not happen with the Casita. Much better support.

We discovered small touches from Casta. The owners manual is excellent. The finish exceptional.

We can’t wait to use it!

Did a wonderful job of guiding us through the various options on the trailers, offered some nice updates with the 2024 model, and made the entire purchasing process (and eventual delivery) stress free. We are very pleased with the entire process and looking forward to our adventures together!

I had a very simple question about my trailer and I called in for help. Luis called me back and I missed his call three times. He kept calling and got in touch with me and helped me with my problem. It’s amazing the effort that he went to to make sure that I was happy with my trailer. I am very appreciative of him.
