Wasabi Wok Chinese and Japanese restaurant

Bento box! We ordered fried dumplings they were delicious! The dipping sauce was sweet & spicy. We ordered 3 beef teriyaki bento boxes, 2 medium rare, 1 medium done. The beef was excellent!! The portions are huge! We ordered fried rice menu states $1.50 extra. However they charged us $2.00 extra. The fried rice had no flavor but when paired with teriyaki sauce it did its job. Service was fast & prompt. Overall the restaurant was good, clean & fair price. Miso soup was perfect!

My husband and I stopped here while we were staying in town. We ordered food to go. The hostess that helped us was so nice and welcoming! She answered all my questions and the food was brought out very quickly! We were very impressed with the portion sizes, and the food was delicious. I would totally recommend this place!

Wonder place to eat Chinese food in a small town. All the good is fresh and delicious. We have love it for many years. The seafood is always top notch, I don’t really like sushi but the tables around us seemed to enjoy it a lot. Will definitely keep coming here!!!

This restaurant is small and relaxed. The service is friendly and helpful. There is a huge variety of choices on the menu. The restaurant serves Chinese, hibachi and sushi. I ordered the steamed dumplings, tuna rolls and salmon rolls for my lunch special. My friend ordered the house lo mein special. The food came quickly and was fresh and delicious. I'm really looking forward to going back.

This restaurant did a remodel. I love what they did. The colors and tables and booths are awesome. The food was the best. It use to be a buffet, I am so glad they stopped that. The food was fresh and hot. My egg roll was out of this world. I totally recommend this restaurant. We will be back.

This chef is a STAR!!! His delivery is spot on, and, I have covered 9 different menu items now, and each of them were "Best in City" of Decatur. I was commuting from Frisco TX for awhile and it was MORE THAN "Worth The Distance", now I live here and it has only gotten better. IT IS THAT proverbial HOLE in the Wall, but come and see it, WASABI WOK rules for your Aisian Dining!!! Thanks Wasabi Wok, your TEAM there is fantastic and your servers sooo beautiful and nice! Great food, very clean, and very COVID conscious. We really liked having both Japanese and Chinese food in the same restaurant. Due to COVID, everything is served as if it were to-go which we really appreciated. You ordered at the front counter and then they then brought the food to your table in a to go bag. Completely contact-less. When we were done eating, any leftover food was already in a to go container.

Since it was our 1st time, we made our own sampler. We had an avocado roll, Fried dumplings, Miso soup, Hibachi chicken, and Beef with mixed vegetables. Food was freshly prepared and piping hot. All for about $27 w/o tip.

All were terrific and good portion sizes too (tho sushi roll was fairly small). Fried dumplings and Hibachi chicken were the standouts for me. We really enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere was nice and quiet. We will be returning here often.

We've been coming here since they opened and it seems they keep getting better every time we eat there. The kung pao chicken I got last time (pictured) was legitimately some of the best kung pao I've ever had, and I eat a LOT of Chinese food all over the US. Fresh vegetables not overcooked, perfectly cooked chicken (crispy outside, hot and juicy inside), and plenty of crunchy peanuts in a delicious sauce.

The sushi is always solid, and again, I've had sushi in some fancy shmancy places. It's served cold, good rice texture, and the fish is decent quality. The shrimp tempura roll is delicious and HUGE, so even the picky kid who'd never eat any sushi can eat that and would love it.

Even though the service is different due to the ordering/serving system, it's still quality people doing a good job.

We had a great dinner. Miss our other place, however, with my husband, this place won him over because of the portions for the $$ . I tend to agree. Now if we could just get personable and friendly people like the other place, we'd be in business. They took care of us, don't get me wrong.... just different

Great owners and great food at the best prices. 2 roll lunch special is cheaper than most fast food.

So fresh and delicious! We were just passing through and found this place. The egg rolls were some of the best I have ever had. Amazing hot and sour soup, and sushi. We had the cashew chicken. I have never had it breaded and fried but it was delicious with a savory sauce.

A small wait, food was fresh and very good.
Had a nice lunch for $9.00

We love this place more and more every time we choose to eat there! I just tried their Hibachi Chicken and oh my gosh. It rivals the fancy Hibachi grills of DFW. I also love the family that owns it. They’re always so welcoming. Go support them and enjoy GREAT food!

My husband and I came in for the first time this evening and really enjoyed our experience. The wait staff was friendly and the food seemed fresh and was delicious. We will be eating here again.
