Everyone was nice and helpful. Place was clean
However the employees that shop for people need to watch where they are going. Slow down and not block the isles.

This Wal Mart is exceptional. The people there were happy and helpful. We were engaged several times by employees asking if we need help or anything. The store was inviting and relaxed. Gave off positive vibes. Good job Decatur!

I was glad to know how friendly, clean and helpful my father's local Walmart was. Staff answered all of his questions and double checked with another employee to make sure they weren't sending him on a wild goose chase.

People that work here are always friendly and helpful.

As much as I despise the parking lot at Decatur Walmart more than any other parking lot I've had the displeasure of frequenting, my experience yesterday was remarkable nonetheless.
Starting with a phone call to let the pick up associates know I was going to be late, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the gentleman on the other end. Let's face it, Walmart can be scary. Rude. Short. Unprofessional. But yesterday I was met with a friendly, helpful voice.
Then, upon arrival of the pick up area, a young man came to my vehicle to greet me, confirm my info, and explain the substitution in my order. He was so genuinely friendly. I think his name is Travis (I asked him, but forgot). He displayed the best kind of customer service - light chitchat while loading up my groceries.
I have honestly come to the point where I do not expect anything resembling a warmness at any Walmart anywhere. So to randomly find that kind of quality customer service is a treat.

Sadly out of what I was looking for, but not at all too unsurprising considering it was a couple of days before Christmas, but the staff was helpful in the attempt to find it.

Today was my first visit since their remodeling started. We were able to find everything we needed stocked, veggies were fresh! Everything is way more organized and spaced out. Even the clearance area was super organized and had a huge variety to choose from! The check out lanes were spaced out more & walmart finally didn't feel so chaotic! It felt so peaceful to shop & checkout! Great job everyone!

Good people, good prices. If only Americans could start again building and supplying their products.

This location is being remodeled an the employees were very considerate and helpful. I had a seizure an they were very attentive and making sure I was safe an helped me while I waited for my husband. They were all over we will get him for you. The bank was so caring an stayed well after they closed to make sure I was being cared for an safe. I can't recall having strangers that cared about your safety an well being that much. Huge props to this location an it's staff.

They did have delivery, with restrictions. Overall great 👍

Our Decatur Walmart was just remodeled and it is awesome! I will admit I had a hard time with the layout of this Walmart and it made shopping difficult. With the new remodel, they have addressed those issues and everything is very clean and organized. And Decatur we don’t have a lot of options so it makes it nice that our local Walmart has a place we can enjoy going to.
