Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We were here for a birthday event on a Friday evening. The party room was decent. Most of the employees are high schoolers. Staff was kind and helpful when needed. There is a trampoline, ball pit, zip line and wall trekking. Kids enjoyed. There is a separate party hall and common tables too.

I had the best service I could ask for I scheduled my son’s 12 birthday here and it was so easy and was taken car of very well by Jose our own birthday specialist from start to finish and when checking out Tony took care of us and made sure we were very satisfied by experience and made it very easy to check out. Thanks so much and will plan a another birthday here definitely worth it and made it so simple and kids had a blast

First time here and it was awesome! Had so much fun with my 6 year old grandson. Tavion was great! He took care of ABSOLUTELY everything!! I actually liked this place a whole lot better than Altitude! This place was clean and had a great atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back here!

Awesome venue for a birthday party. Kids above 5 enjoy the most. Trampolines are very safe. Ball pit is really nice too. The adventure stuff are also very good. Highly recommend for birthday parties. Checkout the various options they have in the photos that I am adding with your review. Lots of parking. Prime location. Friendly staff. Their socks are very good. Good grip and vibrant color. Food is not so great. But you are not going there for food anyways.

Sensory kids paradise. So much fun! If your kiddo is not-stop, this is a great place to get some sensory input and heavy work in for the day. Weekends are packed, but my kids still had a blast.
They have so many attractions to choose from and kids of all ages can have a great time.
I recommend reserving on line and adding the Icee, it's the perfect treat for the end of your stay.
Plan for lines and crowding on the weekends and you will be fine.

We hosted my daughters 10th birthday party and Tony and Jenny were great! The service was espectacular. As guest were arriving they were there to ensure that all kids had bracelets and socks. Throughout the party, anything that was missing, Jenny was on it. Tony kept checking in to make sure we were all set. The food arrived right when we needed it and everything we needed was there. They helped clean up and get everything picked up. Definitely a great experience and super recommend it.

I booked my son's birthday party here and it was a great experience! Jenny was party host and did a great job. She was very attentive, super nice, and always available to help. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We visited Urban Air for my son’s 9th birthday and had so much fun. We’ve been to this location previously a couple of years ago and it seemed like this time things were much nicer than our previous experience. I felt like it was clean and the staff were all courteous. We have a big family with a wide variety of ages and everyone had a great time. I wanted to give a big shout out to Tony who was working at the front desk. It’s people like this that make all the difference. He has such a friendly personality and really went up and above in his interaction with our family, as well as other guests that were checking in. He represents Urban Air very well. We would definitely visit again based on our experience today.

What a great place to have a kids party! It can seem so overwhelming, but the staff at the 620 Ranch Rd Urban Air made it stress free. A special shout out to Tony, Jesse and Audrey who took great care of our family before the party started. This is our new go-to spot for indoor activities!

I only ever really visit places like this as a member of a party. That was the case this Saturday, the 17th. It was busy and “jumping” (haha) and I didn’t have any real expectations. Let me tell you, I’ll be back just for the fun of it soon because we had a blast. The place was clean, and things ran smoothly. There were a couple of folks that stood out - Tavion and Mauricio (sorry if I misspelled either name). They were helpful and had a smile on their faces even through all the crazy.

Just wanted to say thank you for working hard to entertain folks that can be difficult to keep entertained. We’ll be back for a visit!

We did our children’s 13th birthday party here. All the kids had a blast. Mauricio was an amazing host for us!! Great job!

First day of winter break 2023 and no better way to celebrate than starting the day at Urban Air! Tony was super helpful with getting kids the right package for their needs and just friendly and welcoming. A great option for kids to burn off steam and parents get some work done.

This place deserves 5 stars. Most of the negative reviews were for other parks. I have been to several different locations and this is the best. There was no time limit and this location has it all. The obstacles are awesome, so if that's what your kid is into they will love it. They have a freakin zip line, sky walk, rock wall etc...They also have a full kitchen serving hot food. There are too many things to list. As far as trampolines there is a dodge ball area, free jump, slam dunk, a pro area for high jumps, and jumping into an airbag. I didn't have a problem here, my son became scared at the top and the staff was very helpful.

We went here for the summer holiday early bird special and when I got back, I bought their summer pass. Definitely a place you can have kids practice their trampoline jumps and landings in addition to rock climbing (not very high but 4 different styles to choose from, and saw 4-7 year olds attempt it too), obstacle courses (one with a big 3 feet deep ball pit) and zip line.
Yes, it’s not huge like an amusement park but kids can easily burn 3-4 hours here. The staff is very helpful and encouraging towards little kiddos.
My one gripe is pizza slices are too tiny and for $3, there is not much on the menu board—hope the management is reading and better uses its big food court area. But that won’t take the fun or stars off this place!

Amazing nd the best.
Trampolines are simply one of the best things to make kids use up their energy, do exercise and still have fun. This alone is enough to give a 5 star review but ... wait, there's more ...
A Play Gym with cute obstacle course, A Big Ball Pit with hand swings and other activities, Big Air bed platform to jump on using trampoline, Dodgeball play area, Sky line Zipper and many more ... all worth the 12$ monthly membership.

Fantastic experience for a birthday party. Management was fantastic, making sure our party coordinator, Janel was meeting our expectations (she was wonderful). Will return and bring the kids again!

Tony was awesome! I came in for a party and he was so nice to all the kids and made the check in experience fantastic. The kids also had a blast. I highly recommend urban air.

Great place for the kids!! Huge location. Large caged climbing maze. Large jumping trampoline area. Fighting plank foam pit. Fitness obstacle course with a ball pit 3ft deep! Fun slides. Kids of various ages. I assume birthday parties here are great. We came on opening day and had a blast!! We will be coming back.

I took my siblings here and they had a ball! This place is great to host birthday parties. You can get your wristband and let the kids go crazy. There is an indoor zip line that comes with the the unlimited package. I think the kids went in it about 20 times. Their concession stand has reasonably priced food. Since you can’t bring in outside food or drinks you have to buy something from the concession stand (if you’re not in a birthday party). They have healthy choices like hummus, but that is the only option I remember off the top of my head. Always check their website before you go. They have discounts during the week which are good bargains. If you need your kid to burn off some energy and have tons of fun, this is the place to go.
