City Cafe - Mexican Restaurant & Bar

One of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever been to! The place has a nice atmosphere and there is a great little bar in a separate room. Everything was clean and neat. The staff was super friendly and we had great service. The salsa was delicious and the chips were fresh and warm. We ordered a frozen watermelon margarita and it was a nice change. We also ordered the special which was a chicken quesadilla served with rice, beans and guacamole salad. It was amazing! Everything was full of flavor and seasoned perfectly. This place is very affordable and we will definitely be back to try more things on their menu. I noticed there was a breakfast menu also that is available on weekends.

Went her for street tacos on a recommendation by someone and I was deeply satisfied with the mini carnitas tacos that I came back 3 days later to feed the home family. The limes gave it a unique taste with the rest of the tacos that I never tasted before. My waitress didn't speak very good English but she wasn't afraid to try and ask, so I thought that was cool.

Ditch the pricy and fancy chains – this local joint is all about good food, friendly faces, and prices that won't break the bank.

I can personally vouch for the chili relleno or carne guisado.
Things to make sure you try no matter what you order: the red and green sauces & fresh tortillas (corn & flour).

This was our first time here. Food was hot fast and tasty. Nice portions. The waiter was very kind. Food was a bit pricey but again nice portions. Two people, we split one drink and two lunch meals with tip $ 6.00 $ 37.00 Total.

My favorite Mexican food is north of the bridge. I enjoy their carnitas and micheladas. Their service is quick, and the prices are not too high.

There chicken breast with veggies is delicious (pollo vejetal). They have so many plates to choose from.

We didn't even know that this place was here. My fiancé wanted Mexican, and you guys did not disappoint. Was so good!

Excellent food, BIG portions. Ordered the Fajitas to go. I asked how big they were having never been there. The person who answered the phone said they were normal size, I asked good for 1 or 2 people? His answer was priceless. "That depends on how hungry you are". Agreed, Final word, we fed 4 Adults, had 4 Fajita plates, 2 of those plates went un eaten until the next day, when we fed 4 adults again. The answer stands place your order judiciously.

Great atmosphere, awesome food🤤. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Food was fresh, served promptly after ordering, my kids and parents ate everything on their plates. Very delicious!!! Will definitely come back anytime I'm in town!!!

I was very impressed. After all we've been through in the past 3 years the City Cafe produced a plate of food that was good with huge portions.

4 of us went to City Cafe after Church today! Two of us ordered the Enchilada Supreme Dinner, the other’s ordered Fajita Dinners! Omg...just sooo good! It is a family owned Restaurant, opened 7 days a week 😮 and the whole family works there! The Owner stopped by our table to check on us several times and we had such a nice visit! We were so impressed with the Owner’s well-mannered family...couldn’t have been more pleased with Service, Food and Price!!!!!

Have eaten breakfast twice here. Some of the best Barbacoa in the area. The plates are very generous, you will not go home hungry. The salsa alone was some of the freshest I've ever tasted recently from any Mexican restaurant. Looking forward to having dinner here one day. I'll update soon!
