Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lindale, an IHG Hotel

Clean, easy to access, good breakfast and friendly staff.
We stayed at this location on a road trip. Would recommend it, and we would stay here again.
Ms. Amy at the front desk was fun and pleasant after a long day on the road!
We stayed in a room opposite the highway side and it was quiet. Recommend requesting a room on the "birds and butterflies" side! 😀

We were traveling from KS to FL for the holidays. We often stay at Holiday Inn's and this location was very nice. The staff is very FRIENDLY and helpful. The breakfast was great with a broad selection of food. The room was more than I expected and very clean. My only concern was the signage to locate the hotel. It was dark when we arrived and we missed the turn in for the property. There are other hotels in the same area and they have the same problem. Typical city signage issues.

Breakfast had a good selection but it’s not a Michelin dining experience and that’s ok. I had an omelette, biscuit, sausage and gravy every day that I stayed.

The front desk lady Amy was extremely cordial and accommodating. The rooms were clean, location was good, and really it’s one of the only places to stay in Lindale.

One of the best hotels in Texas it is definitely the cleanest hotel I ever been in they clean all day they have a super fantastic breakfast that's unbelievable and the staff is super friendly a real diamond in the rough you will love this place!

This hotel is a very nice choice when staying in Lindale. We are originally from Illinois and traveled for a recent wedding. After staying in a not-so-nice hotel though Missouri, we found this place to be very accommodating. The room was large and very clean! Their beds are so comfortable as well as the pillows. They provide a very nice breakfast. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Very close to restaurants, Walmart, and gas stations.

Spent 5 nights here recently. This has to be the cleanest hotel I've stayed at in many years - at ANY price range.

They were steam cleaning the carpet and tile when we arrived. The rooms seem brand new. Every morning, they were cleaning the glass of the lobby and entrances. I've honestly never seen this many people cleaning at a hotel in easily over a decade. It's the way it USED to be... and still should be, but sadly most hotels fail in the cleaning & maintenance departments.

Breakfast was above average to excellent for an HIExpress. Everything appeared fresh and was well presented.

The walls are soundproofed! I never heard another guest. No flushing. No stomping. No slamming doors. The interstate is the only source of noise, but it doesn't bother me (I like watching the traffic go by.)

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Even the housekeeping crew said good morning when crossing paths.

The only "challenge" is getting to the parking lot, especially if you're coming off of I-20. The intersection is very busy, and the entrance to all 3 hotels isn't easy to spot (it's a driveway/alley just on the north side of the McDonalds). Nothing they can do about that, other than place a lighted sign at the driveway on HWY 69.

In summary: HI Express in Lindale is a model for ALL other hotels to follow where service, maintenance and cleanliness are concerned. We will definitely be back next time when visiting.

At check-in, Amy was wonderful, personable. She had the customer service attitude, was helpful even in our room to assist us with the TV. Great breakfast, too.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. We only stayed for the night. comfortable rooms . very clean as well. Spacious. The staff was very nice as well. Helpful too. The breakfast was amazing. They had everything you could think of when it comes to a basic breakfast. I will definitely stay here again. They have an outdoor patio to eat as well leading to the pool . No complaints at all! I recommend this hotel for sure.

Greetings at front desk was very nice and helpful. Check in done in quick professional manner with clear communication. Room very nice and modern plus excellent house keeping, definitely will stay here again 👍

Wonderful! Amy at the front desk was amazing. Both rooms we had were
CLEAN! I am very picky & always tear the bed up looking for hair to make sure the sheets are clean (that's just where I start!)
My 84 year old mother is even worse than I & she LOVED her room & said she felt safe. The beds were comfortable & pillows actually had pillow protectors on them. Carpet was clean & white socks with zero dirt on them proved that. Bathrooms were sparkling clean & had plenty of towels. Actually the only downside to my husband & I's room was the usb plugs by the bed didn't work (they did work on desk area though) & the freeway noise was pretty bad. We were on that side of hotel & heard jake brakes & traffic noise. That is with all hotels on freeways though. Wish they would sell earplugs in lobby. The side my mom was on across the hall & was quiet.
Left too early for breakfast but peeked into the kitchen area & it looked clean. Wish we could have stayed as our meal down the road at Cracker Barrel in Vicksburg MS was awful but that's a whole other review! All in all we all loved this hotel & would stay here again.

When we arrived at the front desk, Liz was a gem.
She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything.
She also made sure we knew the motel had breakfast.
Each time we saw her she was so cheerful, hard to find that anyone.
We drove from South Carolina to Texas for graduation.
Will definitely stay there again as long as she is there.
All the staff was friendly and room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel was the perfect place in the perfect location for our trip. Staff was very friendly and very nice. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Our daughters very much enjoyed the breakfast each morning. They loved the food and variety. Who ever is making it obviously does it with love. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

It is one of the cleanest and most well-kept hotels I have stayed at in a while. The service has been excellent. They offer a late check out, which anyone with kids knows it is awesome. I am definitely staying here again when traveling through.

Enjoyed my stay here! Very clean. Breakfast was well stocked and eating area was clean. Room and bathroom very clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice pool. Lots of meeting areas/sitting places. Good job!

Clean hotel & Comfortable beds. Staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed here a few days here and there when we were in the area meeting with builders for our new home and while we were waiting to pick up our RV after we moved.

Great clean and new remodel. Room price was 99.00 plus tax. Expected to be higher than 99.00 for what you get. Great and friendly staff

Due to power outage in my area, I was fortunate enough to stay for three (3) days at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Lindale, Tx. I cannot express my thanks enough for the staff for making my stay so relaxing that I felt like I was on a mini vacation. They made me feel at home and every single request I made was quickly taken care of. I have stayed in lots of hotels, but never one that made me feel so welcome. To the staff of hotel, I want to thank you all so much for making my stay so comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for our HS reunion weekend.
Hotel was extremely clean, breakfast was great and beds were comfy. Brianna who was at the desk most of the weekend was very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

A newly built hotel, our room was clean and a/c was great. Very comfortable and modern.
Bathroom was prepped and clean.
Our view was on hwy side, 3rd floor. We never heard any hwy noise, except for 1 exceptionally loud motorcycle, but no big deal.
Our other family was on the opposite side and had lovely trees, plants from their view. We saw a hawk on the Billboard ready to swoop down.
Breakfast was good!
Our daughter loved the pushbutton, automatic pancake maker.
Staff was very friendly and very welcoming 🙏🏼

Holiday Inn probably could use a SiGN on the road to point direction for entrance.
NOTE: It is NOT accessible from the service road.

Easy to get to a variety of locations from this point. Into Lindale, Tyler, a day visit to the state park the next exit down.

This hotel has a great setup. The rooms are nice sized and clean. The lobby and public areas are as well. The breakfast was tasty and convenient too. Easy access to the interstate and close to multiple restaurants.
