Collin Street Bakery - I-20 Lindale

Plenty of parking. Easy to find. The Russian rocks were excellent with nice hot coffee. The restrooms were clean and well maintained. This place is a must stop on any trip.

Location is great if you need to charge your tesla and get out, stretch your legs, and get some food.
Depending on what you get, some things are super expensive

The sweets and cookies and other bakery items are amazing.

Aside from that, their triple cheese grilled sandwich is fantastic. This is my third time here and the place comes with Tesla supercharger stations which is very convenient. Place is very clean and staff is friendly . Will definitely come back. ☺☺☺

Okay, let me start by saying…. HAVE LUNCH HERE! I ordered the chicken salad croissant and my wife ordered the Texas Potato! I messed up by ordering because the Potato was so large and so good that my wife shared it and I was full. I should have taken the croissant home with me, but I couldn’t help but to indulge. It really is a great sandwich. After lunch, stop by their bakery. Might I suggest, even if you’re not a cake pop fan, try the cake bites. I bought two. They’re nothing like a cake pop. More like cookie dough in the flavor of cake. Perfection in every bite. Try all of the cookies. I think we got two of almost every one and as I sit here typing away leaving this review, I am yet to be disappointed. Enjoy your trip here and know from one traveler to another, it’s worth the visit. And just a little shoutout to Paul. He’s very sweet and helped us when it came to finding parking.

My wife & I had a quick lunch here and it was fabulous! We shared a “Collin Street Club” sandwich on the wheat bread hoagie roll. It was more than enough for the 2 of us. We also tried a slice of the fudge pie and a chocolate chip cookie 🍪. Both were fresh and delicious! We dined in and loved the atmosphere and we’re treated very kindly by their helpful staff. I’d definitely recommend this place for breakfast and lunch!

Love this place. I’ve been to the one in Corsicana but not this one. Super awesome place to get all desserts you want. Staff are very friendly and you can tell that they love their job. This place is WOW from the outside but inside is amazing. Very clean everywhere. They also have real food so it’s a one stop shop. Definitely recommend this place!!! Thanks

This is a great place to stop and eat while travelling through town. They have a nice patio outside, where you can eat and bring your pet along with you. I purchased a salad and some iced cookies. Both items were delicious.

It's always a treat to stop at Collin Street Bakery!

I was so happy to get my favorites: Sugar Chocolate Kiss cookies, Macaroons, Chocolate Chip with Pecans cookies, and a Pecan Brownie! And if you haven't used their Pecan Bread to make French Toast or just on a sandwich, you should give it a try.

A bonus at this location is the awesome fruit/veggie stand in the corner of the parking lot. They have quality, in-season fruits & veggies! I can't wait to cook up the Red Potatoes and Peaches and try their Strawberry Jam on my Pecan Bread. Here we are in mid-August on a Friday afternoon and they had a great selection Onions, Zuchinni, Yellow Squash, Tomatoes, Okra, Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, lots of jams and preserves, and so much more.

Since moving here to Tyler, this is the best place yet for coffee and pastries we've found. (Yes, I have a sweet tooth) The coffee was great, although espresso drinks are available. And then there's the pastries! They had a large selection. The first apple fritters I've seen in the area. There were pies and cakes and cookies too. Living on the southeast side of Tyler makes this a bit of a drive, but one we'll make from time to time. They had a very nice facility.

There is absolutely no better tasting fruitcake than what Collin Street Bakery makes! It even comes in a nice decorative collectible tin. It’s perfect for a great holiday tradition to snack on and is probably one of the best gifts you could give to that person that’s hard to shop for.

Great little bakery and place to stop for a quick bite! We only ordered anything from the bakery side but they had plenty of meal options.
The have lots of options for gifts in the shop you walk through to get to the bakery in back. My favorite cookie was the cinnamon butter!
We originally stopped for just a snack and ended up leaving with 6 bags full of cookies, cakes, and other goodies.

I love this place. Came here to Tesla supercharge and decided to go inside and see what this bakery is about. I previously ordered a fruit cake from them for Christmas and it was the best I’ve ever had.

The inside is really nice and clean, the staff was some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met! I got a variety of things to try and everything was amazing! I got a coffee, a donut, cherry turnover, and a lemon bar for my road-trip. I was very impressed by the quality and deliciousness of all of the sweets I bought! Definitely a must see! Grab some treats while you’re there!

I Usually stop by this location on the way to Dallas often , and the food and baked goods are always delicious. This store is always clean and employees are courteous and friendly. A great place to stop and visit and have a bite to eat. They also have charging stations for EVs.

Stopped while traveling West on HWY 20 to Ft Worth. What a great surprise! Delicious assortment of baked goods but the cookies and the chicken salad sandwiches steal the show. They make the Pepper Bread in house it's a must try. Decent parking, easy to find, outdoor seating and clean bathrooms. ** Side note, check out the small farmers market tent on the corner...amazing tomatoes!!

Some of the best fruit cake I've ever had and raisin drop cookies buy them by the dozens. Fruit cakes come in a collectible tin.

I always visit and get their muffins. They are the best because they are fresh and have very good taste. I buy boxes and they don't last in my house.

This bakery is a special one. Majority of the items are made from scratch. They have a Deli, get a delicious sandwich. Cookies are the BEST ! Great service by a first day employee! They have Tesla charging stations.

It's hard to say whether it's the confections or the people serving them who are more sweet, and the bakery is about as charming a place as you could imagine. Great coffee btw.

First time to this location but third time buying a Collin Street Bakery coffee mug! The employees are so friendly and the breakfast sandwich is amazing!
