The food was wonderful. I enjoyed the fried catfish with fried orka. The jalapeno cornbread was perfect because I don’t eat jalapeno. It was perfectly balanced. My husband had the brisket enchiladas with refried beans and street corn. He said it was delicious. My Lemon Drop was spot on! The waitress was friendly and informative.

Service was fast. Staff was friendly. Had to try the Texas Twinkies, they were brisket, cream cheese stuffed into a jalapeño wrapped up with bacon and charred or smoked, so good! I also had smoked turkey. Great big portions, more than I could handle but I tried. I choose Mexican Corn and garlic mashed potatoes with gravy. Everything was delicious!

The food and service was amazing... the Texas Twinkies were probably my favorite.. but it was all so good it is hard to choose.. The fish Tacos were definitely right up there with being awesome... and the chicken fried chicken was moist and delicious! Definitely recommend stopping here!... So the food was so good we came back the next day and the Coyote Burger is absolutely amazing... the Brisket Enchiladas were off the chain! The fried mushrooms and Texas Twinkies were definitely right there with all the other food.... We will be visiting this restaurant every time we are in the area! We'll done to all the staff and cooks!

Attended a private party for my dad's birthday in the back room during lunch time on a Saturday. The staff were so accommodating and attentive. The food and drinks are really good, and all the spaces were so clean. Great setup for this kind of event!

Food was really good and the atmosphere was great. The pink pistol was cute too.

Great Karaoke night with DJ Birdmane!! Made each and everyone feel like a star. Food is also great and mixed drinks are up to par. Great atmosphere too. The DJ helped a lot but the people that came were also friendly and got us all dancing and talking and having a blast. Would love to go again!

Wonderfully delicious! Pork ribs (1/2 rack is plenty!), Turkey, & brisket was all A+.
All sides were great as well. Definitely going back for more bbq soon!

First time trying this place, it was $50 for three people—no alcohol. Pretty good deal!
Very clean and cool entertainment options like pool, TVs everywhere, and live music. There was a variety of food options from Mexican, to bbq, to American. Decorated with a country aesthetic, leather and wood, country stars line the walls, and Texas flags.

I got a baked potato with bbq, okra, Caesar salad and all was delicious.

The waitress was fast, efficient, and helpful. Our food came out fast and hot and it was on a Saturday night.

I highly recommend this as a place to hang out with friends and/or family!

First time here and will not be our last. Started off with a bloody mary. The drink was very tasty, as was the topper: bacon wrapped shrimp, Texas Twinkie (bacon wrapped jalapeño which is stuffed with brisket and cream cheese), and a tamale.

All the smoked meats (brisket, turkey, sausage) were delicious. As were the sides.

However, don't leave until you have the skillet brownie for two. Absolutely wonderful.

My family ate at Texas Music City Grill for Easter Lunch and had a great experience! The food was excellent and our waitress Mary was one of the best we’ve ever had! Highly recommend trying it out if you’ve never been - and make sure to ask for Mary Had A Little Lamb!

This was the first time eating here and the steak was superb! Cooked exactly how I like it. The waitress was nice and friendly, and the live music made the experience relaxing! Definitely a place to to take a date out to eat!

Texas Music City Grill & Smokehouse is one of our absolute favorite places to eat! We drive a couple of hours just to get their “Texas Twinkies” and the “Coyote Burger”.

Their Texas Twinkies are the best we have found ANYWHERE!!

The Coyote Burger is a burger topped with Smoked Brisket, Smoked Sausage deep fried homemade, onion rings, grilled onions, and jalapeños. The Brisket is smoked to perfection. It is a tender melt-in-your mouth bite every single time.

Live music on the weekends!
It is a great place to relax and have a great time!

We were just passing through and stumbled across this restaurant. Service was wonderful, the atmosphere was very fun. The food was awesome, Texas Twinkies were fantastic! The King Ranch Bloody Mary was one of the best I’ve ever had, and we plan road trips around places with the best Bloody Mary reviews. We need a TXM grill and smokehouse in our home town!!

We went for dinner this past Friday, and everything was fantastic. If you go, you've got to start off with the Texas Twinkies. They are out of this world! I ordered the ribs for an entree, and they were honestly some of the best I've had in a long time. They paired perfectly with the specialty old fashioned they had on the cocktail menu. Dinner was so good Friday, we decided to go back Saturday. As a huge Tarheel fan, I was really hoping to watch the UNC/Duke game. A manager was kind enough to turn on multiple TVs with the sound for me. Talk about great service! I ordered the burger and sweet potato fries. The sauce really sets this burger apart from the others I've tried in the area. Draft selection was great, and the beer was just like I like it, ice cold. Live music started around 730, and the place has such a fun atmosphere with multiple pool tables. Would highly recommend.
