Cheyenne is completely awesome. Its been 4 yrs since I've had my hair lighted. It took too it from a very plain brown back to my blond. I love it.

I've been looking for someone to cut my hair on a consistent bases. I found Kaitlyn and she does an excellent job! Cheyenne did a great job cutting and coloring my hair. I’m super picky and won’t let just anyone cut my hair. I will be going back to her as well as recommend her to my family and friends. Great atmosphere. All the ladies are super nice!

I've had my hair cut, dyed, and highlighted here several times, by several different gals. The atmosphere is relaxing and fun, the prices are good, and I've always walked out looking amazing! My last time they even were able to correct my poorly done at home blonde dye job. Highly recommend!

Love this salon. It is always clean and the atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant. Raylee is very professional and warm and sweet. She always does an excellent job on my hair from color, to cut, to style. I live in Tyler, but would only trust my hair to Serendipity and Raylee!!!

Got Megan's number from our real estate agent, Sherry Wallace, while hete looking at property. Called and she was able to get me right in. Megan worked with me in coming up with a color that was as close as possible, to what my CA hairdresser used. Megan is very personable and did a great job of coloring my long hair. Now that we are TX propery owners, she is my hairdresser when here. Shes awesome!

Last week I had my daughter's hair cut for Easter. It was nerve racking because her hair was extremely long and I was sad to see it go, but my little girl chose an adorable Bob cut. Unfortunately the lady who cut her hair was in such a haste she left it choppy and uneven. So we went to Serendipity on a recommendation and was immediately greeted and taken care (walk in) of by Raylee Mauldin. Raylee was patient with my 6 year old and took her time doing her hair. She listened to what I wanted done and did exactly that. Now my little girls' hair looks absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be more happier. We will definitely be going back.

I go there for manicures and pedicures. The nail tech, Cindy, is so friendly and so good at what she does. I always look forward to a relaxing experience.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will get you squeezed in if possible at a moment's notice. Provides real advice on style and cut to suit you. Cut turned out great!!
