Security at the front gate are wonderful people. Kind and thorough. I arrived 9 hours before my appointment time and they gave me a door right away. The young lady in the receiving office was amazing and quick with the paperwork, even remembered my name when I walked in. It took about 2 hours from arriving until departure.
After reading all the reviews about the staging lot, I was afraid to come here for fear of damaging my truck, but when I arrived I found they have filled the craters and leveled it out. Hopefully, they keep up on it for all us truckers, from the view on the Google satellite image, I honestly planned to park elsewhere and walk however far to security. Enough room to fit maybe 50 trucks and overnight parking is allowed. Overall a fantastic place to deliver to and a great experience, one of the fastest Krogers I've been to.

I checked in at 1500 for a 1700 appointment. I bumped the dock at 1645 and was unloaded at 1745. I see absolutely nothing wrong here except common sense would be giving common courtesy. Good job Kroger.

My honest review it’s not bad you come in park to the left put safety vest on, walk to guard shack check in, walk back to truck they call you give you door number to back in, after you back in go to door 79 turn in paperwork, when finished they will call you n you go back n grab your paperwork n leave.

Smooth process

Fastest ever potatoe unload. Appt 500 checked in at guard shack 455 checked back out at guard shack 524 seriously Fastest ever. Only small thing is staff not real friendly neither guards or office NOT rude just not friendly. I will take that any day for a 20 min unload. WAY TO GO STAFF.

Arrived at 2110 for my 2200 appt. Parked in staging area and walked to the guard shack to check in. (Make sure you have a safety vest on or they will send you back to your truck to get one)

I was assigned a dock door at 2130.

Break seal, slide tandems(if you want to), and then walk your paperwork down to the receiving office by door number 79.

Again, VERY FRIENDLY office staff inside receiving office.

Got the red light at 2140
Got the green light at 2208
Got my paperwork at 2326

Drove back out to staging lot to take my 10 hr break.

I will MOST DEFINITELY come back here again!!!

Great service From checking to the dock as you pulling go to the staging area that could be an overnight parking park and go to the guard house to checking my appointment was at 2am and out by 3:30 am

I was dropping off here and saw a BBQ Truck in parking lot with a line and out if curiosity I had to join the line. I’m glad I joined the line bcuz TastyTate’s BBQ was the truth. From the Ribs to Mac’n Cheese and O yea i also tried the beans and potato salad, man that food was GREAT. I almost ate the plate that’s how good the food was. 🤣🤣

Got a door 2 hours before appointment time and unloaded a hour before appointment time, paperwork took about 30 minutes but overall a decent unload, people friendly

Got here 3 hrs early for 1800 apt. Waited an hour got a door. Unloaded in an hour. Excellent bbq food truck. Decent prices for food.

Arrived for delivery. Very cordial staff. Informative. Given instructions to park and where. Very clean facility. Called to go to a door. Backed in. Light went green. Pulled away from dock. At security gate, was invited to park on their lot for as long as needed. Great place to deliver to!!!!

I can't believe it they are very good people👏 I get a door right away and they finished me unloading 22 pallets in 30 minutes. I think I'm lucky.♥

Best experience here EVER! The staging area has been leveled. Tara, at check in was straight handling it, gave me a door 5 and a half hours early! I was unloaded, 20 pallets and had my paperwork in an hour and a half. 👏 BRAVO!

You park in lot next to guard shack and walk in with safety vest on. After check in, guard will take your number and call when door is ready. Check in two hours early. Doors are to the right through gate. Receiving door near #79. Excellent and efficient service throughout facility. Sometimes if they are swamped you will have to wait (just like everywhere else).

WOW don't understand some of the comments there's a huge stage parking huge lot to back from had a 22:00 apt checked in early was empty by 22:00 great place

Park in the lot next to entrance. Put your reflective vest on and walk your paperwork & drivers license to the guard shack to check in. If you just pull up to the window, they’ll make you do what I just explained. I arrived at 8pm for a 11pm appointment. They called at 9:45pm with door assignment. They called and said paperwork was ready for me to check out at 11pm. I did not have a lumper fee, not sure if that’s typical or because unloading was paid already. You can park in lot to finish your break. Restroom is located in building by door 2. Only complaint, I had Dock 6 and you have to walk your paperwork to the office by dock 79.

Arrived for my 04:00 appointment at 23:20 was put into a door immediately, unloaded and back on the road in an hour. If you haven’t been there before park in the lot outside the gate and walk to the gate to check in and wear your vest. If your go to the gate first they’ll just turn you around and make you park put on a vest and walk you BOL to them.

I went in this place 3 years ago, and was great ,today, appointment time 6am I checked in at 5am ,they gime a door a 5:40am time out 7:30 ,full load of flowers, they have overnight parking,

Guard shack people are awesome.Had a live unload at 3am check in at 2:30 am .Got a call at 2:50 am got my pass and unloaded by 4:30 am ..When you come here park in the dirt yard just on the side of before entrance,park and you will have to walk to the guard shack then they will call you when they get door for you.Added some pictures for your info..And I guess they are
Streak on having safety vest make sure you have one.pictures posted..And door 79 is not a dock door in case your looking for it like that check pictures

Don't worry about overnight parking...they have huge.....
