One of the best independently owned single location pasta restaurants in all of Dallas-Fort Worth! Food is amazing. Owners and staff are friendly. Did I already say the food is amazing? Definitely worth reiterating that it is sooooo good!

Wow! This place deserves to have more locations around DFW! The pizza and pasta we ordered were made with incredibly fresh ingredients, and you can absolutely tell the difference. Their Marinara and Alfredo sauce are so good, I'd buy it separately for home use! Definitely give this place a try and support a family-owned business. You'll have a hard time not finishing your entire pizza.

WOW. I am speechless! This place is an absolute gem. Perfect portion sizes and the Alfredo tasted amazing. I was expecting an overwhelming amount of salt but it was absolutely perfect. If I could give 10 stars I would. Best Italian food I’ve ever had. We will definitely be returning. We got the gnocchi with broccoli and then cavatappi with pesto, steak, mushroom, and spinach. For dessert we got the tiramisu. The portion sizes were also perfect. Highly recommend this place! 10/10 the most delicious Italian food you’ll ever have!

Andi took our order and was extremely polite and guided us to excellent choices for dinner. Not only was the service exceptional, but the food was amazing as well!

In fact, their Ceasar dressing is probably one of the best I have EVER HAD! And their Pepperoni pizza was just like a New York thin crust pizza from Rays! Loved the pasta with meat sauce too, which isn’t on the menu but they will make it for you if you ask. Add a couple of their tender juicy succulent meatballs and “fuhggedaboudit”, nothing compares around here!

We will definitely be eating here more often!!! Great staff and great food! I highly recommend this establishment!!!!

One of the best pizza Marguerita I’ve had here in DFW if not the best. Super fresh ingredients, high quality olive oil, delicious crispy crust. We also ordered a carbonara and it was so good! Family owned, beautiful space and friendly service. Lovely place to eat with the family.

Absolutely amazing Italian food! We saw the reviews and were skeptical, but they did NOT disappoint :-) Everything is fresh, from the pastas, to the toppings, and their amazing sauces. The ability to customize you order is great, but it's the quality and cook that takes it to the next level. Plus, you get fresh pieces of oven baked bread with your order. Give this place a try!

Amazing food! Wonderful service! Super clean restaurant and bathrooms.
We ordered the Caesar salad to start with and the dressing is made in house. Super yummy! Then we ordered a half pepperoni half pineapple pizza for my kiddos. They loved it! I got the Alfredo pasta, again, the sauce was made in house and sooooo good! I got the lemon risotto to go and can’t wait to try that for dinner tonight!

We’ve eaten here now at least 50 times and we love how fresh and delicious the food is here, with a unique blend of options and classics too, it’s our favorite in the Roanoke/Trophy Club area, and what I requested for my birthday dinner. :) Try the roasted pepper with spaghetti, chicken and spinach. Or the chicken piccata….

The best hands down Italian food in DWF... The owners are awesome!! The food is delicious and always hot and fresh. They cook everything from scratch, including the noodles and pasta.

First time having spaghetti with roasted pepper sauce and sauteed mushrooms and spinach. Absolutely delicious! And the arancini risotto basil pesto balls and tomato sauce was amazing! Everything is made fresh and from scratch.

Just had Pastazaitalian in Trophy Club for the first time, wowww it was fantastic!!! The pizza, pasta and salad were fresh and delicious!!! Hats off for fabulous food!!!

NEVER HAD BETTER MOZZARELLA ON A MARGHERITA PIZZA! Best kept secret that deserves ALL the love. Personable, friendly service. FRESHEST and high-quality ingredients. Get the lobster ravioli, pizza, caesar salad, and calamari. Can't wait to try more off the menu! Don't let the location fool you!

RUN! Don't walk to this place....it's is so delicious, authentic, and such a great atmosphere. The owner is so friendly and welcoming. Best kept secret in Trophy Club!

The food is fantastic here. Everything is great... the pastas, the risotto, the sauces, the pizzas... all of it. First rate ingredients and the preparation is perfect. Handmade gnocchi is great, which also isn't too easy to find. Portions are just right for one usually. Service is fantastic also, making a 1 hour lunch break easy, or a quick dinner without having to wait a long time. Staff is very friendly and helpful also. Wonderful place which I found at lunch one day working nearby, It's so great I drive the family here from Mansfield (almost an hour away) for dinner!

We tried Pastaza for the first time back in April, and have gone back every week since then. The food is always so fresh and delicious, the family staff are super friendly and remember everyone, and the atmosphere is welcoming and laid back. Our favorites are the margherita pizza, limone risotto, and of course the arancini. Pastaza is the best way to end our work week and we look forward to it all week long. If you haven’t tried it yet, hurry in and be prepared to have the best Italian food ever.

Excellent food here. We were looking to try a new place and read the reviews. Glad we did. Homemade bread, pasta, sauces, you name it. Picked our own ingredients with a few suggestions from an excellent host and it was a great meal. It is very clean and was not too crowded. It is now on our list of favorites, especially since we are allowed to bring our own selection of wine next time.

Italian restaurant. Delicious food, great service. We will definitely be back more Pizza and pasta 😋
