Kilwins Roanoke

My husband and I we were exploring Roanoke historical downtown and came across this great chocolate store. The employees were friendly and very kind. This is a very high quality chocolate store. We bought milk peanut butter cup and top seller sampler box of chocolates to try. The peanut butter cup is made with real peanut butter. From sampler chocolate box, we really enjoyed the dark chocolate almond bar. Defiantly will come back to try their cakes, ice cream and of course more chocolates!

Beautiful little ice cream and chocolate shop. Staff are friendly and the shop is immaculate.

The hospitality and the feeling of being welcome is sooo much better than the Grapevine location.
My family purchased the Milk Chocolate Sea Foam candies, Milk Chocolate Coconut Clusters, Milk Chocolate Cherry Cordials and ice cream in waffle bowls. It was all so delicious and satisfying. 🤗

Everything is too delicious. This place has amazing fudge, my wife loves the chocolate turtles, and my whole family loves getting their ice cream. Place is a little pricey, but the quality more than makes up for that in my opinion. Great customer service as everyone is very helpful.

So much to choose from! Ice cream, chocolate, milksakes... all the things! I'd say on the pricier side, but nothing unusual for gourmet ice cream 👍🏼❤

My family and I went there for ice cream. The flavors were delicious, and the customer service was great. Very friendly and helpful. One of the best parts, is that when you order a waffle cone, it's warm!

New to the area and decided to get my son some treat on a heated day. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Oh the treats are beyond tasty. Too bad we didn’t try out the chocolate but we for sure will be back.

Kilwin’s has a delicious assortment of delicious ice cream, chocolates and covered apples. Absolutely everything is made with the highest quality ingredients. Prices are a little higher than other places but absolutely worth it.

We grew up in Michigan and spent our summer vacations in Petosky where Kilwins started. We love this place and are so excited to see one in Roanoke! Come for the specialty chocolates, ice cream, fudge and caramel apples - it's all delicious!

Nice place with friendly staff. They had the classic ice cream flavors you're used to and a few unique one that I actually really enjoyed.
Toasted coconut is one I really enjoy.

I mean its chocolate 🍫 so of course its good! Try the limited time apple pie caramel 🍎. Wow, its amazing! They use their homemade caramel on their apples which makes them stand out from all others! Great staff!

Went for the ice cream that another person recommended. I was blown away by how many other treats they had there. Super friendly people too!

Unbelievable! Sea salt Carmel ice cream is the best ice cream i have had in my 36 year life. Ridiculous! Love this place

We love this place and stop by on weekends, but be warned everything here is more expensive than it is at most other ice cream parlors/candy shops.
