If there was a no star option Kerry at pioneer would get it.
After two years in the same residence 638 pecan street, I had found many code violations that they refused to fix, the a/c duct work under the house filled with water after they replaced the unit and installed the drain improperly. They refused to fix the problem so we moved. Kerry has gone out of her way to make it hard to find another rental.
The previous issue was with the plumbing, the cheapest company she could find came out and refused to get under the house and replace a leaking union, I had to do it myself to lower the water bill due to the leak.
They are more than happy to take your money and anything else is just a bother for them.
Do not rent from Pioneer.
