Best Western Red River Inn

We rented the hotels event room. Absolutely 10/10 recommend. The manager Eddie went out of his way to make this experience the best possible. He was very kind and helpful. We had food delivered before the event and we weren't able to meet the caterer. Eddie went out of his way and set up the food. He used the hotels food warmers for us too. If you are looking to rent a space. I highly recommend here.

We had a wonderful experience with the help of Roz. She was so friendly and helpful with my family while we waited for our Tesla to charge. FYI if you are using the tesla charger, the breaker box inside the hotel isn’t big enough to charge at 48 amp - go to settings - charging - and change the 48 amp down to around 30 and it will charge.
This hotel was very clean and well kept. All of the staff was truthfully very friendly and helpful, but especially Roz. She made the experience very welcoming.

So I give 5 stars and let me tell u why . after looking at this place in the reviews, we were kind of hesitant, but it was the only place in town upon arriving we found out that this place took on new management within the past week, and everything is newly getting fixed and remodeled little by little, but it is starting to look nicer in there. The new manager Misty is really sweet and is very friendly while the front desk lady Jen checked us in no worries and even asked us if there is anything we needed. Very helpful. They have a new maintenance staff that is working nonstop to fix everything in the hotel and make it up-to-date. The housekeepers are new and are working hard to get everything looking good . They’re a real patient with us when we had an issue with our toilet and they fixed it right away. Our room was clean and even though we are on the smoking floor, they took the extra effort of cleaning it to where it didn’t smell like smoke. The pool is open and it was really nice and the breakfast was the best part the next morning before we left definitely would stay at this place again I’m really glad that there’s new management because the old comments are nothing compared to the niceness and new remodeling being poured in to this place

Came here with my family for a friend's wedding. A little pricey but the service was amazing. Monic in house keeping was amazing our first night when she replaced the box spring on a wobbly bed, the kids enjoyed a dip in the indoor pool, and Ava rocked their amazing free breakfast in the morning while also managing to maintain the front desk. It's really the staff that makes this hotel so awesome and I will definitely be stopping here for the family's yearly cross country trip.

Friendly helpful staff with clean rooms and full facilities but 3 things made this hotel stand out.. 1 the pool is always hot. 2 the management is outstanding. 3 the receptionist Ava always greets everyone with a smile and goes out of her way to make guests feel right at home.. best part of my stay hands down.

DO NOT BOOK ON 3rd PARTY SITES!

They are having issues with reservations not showing up. It's best to just call and book a room with them or use the best western website.

Great place, it's gone through a lot of changes and still changing. The people are nice and friendly, and are working hard to improving it!

We were greeted pleasantly and professionally , at a late hour arrival. We enjoyed their kindness and helpfulness during our stay. Questions were answered and suggestions were made as to activities in the area. Breakfast choices were plentiful and staff refilled items quickly.
We were traveling with our grandchild and appreciated how kind all the staff was to our family. Thank you so much 👍😀

My wife and I travel this country driving a truck (18 wheeler)…
We decided to take a 34 hour reset. Looking for a hotel from Lawton, Ok. Closest place was a 50 minute ride to Burkburnett, Tx.
At a Best Western in Burkburnett was a lady with the most wonderful phone presence. Soft and welcoming. Informational and willing to help. When you’re beat to death from the public at large I can not understate how wonderful that is.
At arrival, Ms. Katie Strickland was as wonderful in person as she sounded on the phone. Wholesome, welcoming and ready to react to nearly any request. What a wonderful lady!!!
At that time, we noticed a fellow that whom carried an watchful eye and checking the surroundings with authority. Not in a bad way. In a way that suggests he is a leader. He especially watching and leading staff. Monitoring guest reactions and hand on the pulse of the hotel, grounds and everyone’s vibe.
He is a natural leader. Hands on and out in the field. Doing what needs to be done in the name of the hotel chain. Making sure all are happy and has what they need. His name is Eddie Rose. What an incredible leader, manager and a important asset to the hotel at large.
Rest of the staff adapts his “love” for the company. They mimic as best they can his care.
That’s what leaders do. Leading by example.

Katie also has this incredible quality. She demands her coworkers to rise above as well. I can see how staff looks up to them.
Eddie in full leadership walking the grounds and inspecting the property. Looking for things that needs attention. Taking note.
You don’t do this on the regular. You do this due to a love for a company, a position.
So positive and nice to see.
That’s why we continue to stay at Best Westerns.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the General Manager Andrew. He was very professional and accommodating. I truly appreciated the way he took his time assisting my family and I get settled in. And, he recommended a awesome place for us to have supper. Which was also amazing. He made things very easy for us and we will be coming back!

I love staying here. The beds are wonderful the rooms are clean and smell good. They always have the room cooled very nicely when I arrive. The house keepers are soo nice and helpful the front desk are wonderful people. Breakfast is very good especially the Belgian waffles and biscuits and gravy they all kinds of breakfast items to please every appitite. and their coffee is very very good. It's clean and they always go out of their way to help with whatever you need. I just keep missing the pool. They have had it closed again for I'm sure COVID-19.

No rooms, 7 day wait on refund, rude and unhelpful staff all made my experience terrible!

Came down for the Hotter Than Hell Hundred weekend. Every single person we talked to from the hotel was extremely nice & supportive of the athletes! We LOVED that the hotel was along the 100 mile route which made it very convenient to hang out in the grass and cheer on athletes and have coolers set up as a mini rest stop. Prices were totally fair. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was excellent. Location spot on. Atmosphere was fantastic. Can’t wait for next year! HIGHLY recommend this place!

And so so so much better than previous owners!!! My stay when they owned it was terrible. Keep up the great work guys!!!!!

I stayed here for business as we passed further into TX and I dont understand the 2.5 rating it was given. The room were clean and the staff was excellent. They have a person named Nicole and she was so awesome that they need to clone her. She paid attention to you and if you looked like you needed help she was there asking if she could help. I enjoyed my stay without a doubt. Congrats on customer service.

We had a great 2 night stay. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, they were taking Covid precautions seriously. Good grab and go breakfast options.

Best part is, Even no issues with late check out.

We will see you again when we are in Wichita Falls area.

I love it and the lady working the front desk tonight when we came back to the hotel at 7:30pm 9-24-17 was super nice❣❣❣
She gave my roommate an extra blanket, got us extra coffee and told us to please call her if we needed anything else. She did all that without an " ugh... but I don't want too but I guess I will " look. She truly didn't mind getting the things for us. So with that A BIG THANK YOU TO HER AND THE HOTEL 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

We used the conference room for my daughters graduation party. The room was super clean and it was an easy set up. Andrew the manager was super helpful and very nice during the whole process.
