McDonald's

Probably the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The food was just like the marketing and the service was exceptional 👌. Kudos 👏

Great place just wish they wouldn't have taken the option for Chocolate milk and cheese on the kids meal burger. I don't mind paying extra I just wish I had the option, I know every McDonald's I've ever been too has that option but the ones here in Burkburnett and Wichita Falls.

Dinner is always hectic, but they move swiftly. Breakfast is always quick & accuracy. Staff is customer oriented, much better than most fast food! A+

Fries are always hot! I have never experienced a bad interaction with the staff, always friendly. Sometimes the drive-thru can be a little slow/backed up, but again, the staff is always friendly and your food is coming out hot, I'll take the wait for that.

I want to say the guy with long hair and tats is so nice!!! He is always so polite and nice to my son too... if he is not manager he should be!!! I wish I would have gotten his name. Keep up the great work yall!!!

The food good but service was slowest McD I ever been to. They need to go to Decatur for training.

Any other day, like yesterday would give 5 ⭐ on service at this McDonald's, today waited at least 3 mins for employee to come over and take order. There were several employees that looked at me yet no acknowledgement from them of anyone being right with me.
We all have busy days, understood however cohesive team work in a busy environment is key. .

Amazing staff who you could tell cared about their customers. Knew most by name and greeted every customer.

This location is always busy, but in 3 years, every order has been done right, hot and fresh. The real secret sauce to this store is the employees. They are 10 out of 10 fantastic.

Drive thru slower than goin in and coming back out 45 min in drive thru but over all it's always the same and personally I really don't care to much for the food or anything there if it wasn't for the kids I'd never go there.....

The young man at the drive thru was very friendly and efficient. I wish I got his name. He was great!

called before I went and Austin was amazing over the phone and then helped me at the window and he showed such great service. Hard to find that these days.

We eat breakfast here almost 3 times a week. 2 breakfast sandwiches for $4.00 is a deal. Your drink is $1.00. How can you lose. We get coupons for the burgers for later meals. Coupons are great, don't throw them out.

The bread was 'fresh" today instead of old and chewy like always. Hope this is a new trend

Best Mickey Ds fries I've had in a while, piping hot. My only complaint is we ordered 20 nuggets and only received 1 bbq sauce.

Extremely friendly staff! Food was served fresh and hot, and I didn't even have to go to Burger King to get it made my way!!!! I'm 1 very satisfied customer that will return next time I'm in Burk Burnett!

This is the first time I have ever been disappointed with this location. However, it was corrected and I will continue to visit this location. I'm not going to let one bad experience stop me. Keep up the good work McDonald's.

Very nice service and clean restaurant. I only waited a minute for the fries and the server apologized for the wait. I hadn't even realized I had been waiting.

New and super clean.....been there twice and NO mistake on orders...fries were hot and fresh what else could you ask for lol
