Justin at Pruitt Ford was truly amazing and incredibly patient with me for my FIRST EVER vehicle purchase of a 2024 Bronco Sport. I was definitely very nervous and he answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to provide that extra layer on confidence and trust that I needed in a salesman. I will be buying all future vehicles from Justin going forward.

The process of purchasing a new F250 could not have been easier. Tommy made it incredibly easy to understand all the new bells and whistles, plus going through all the options. Jeff did a great job of finding exactly what I wanted during a time of shortage. The 2 Chucks made financing incredibly easy and I look forward to further maintenance with Darren. You can't beat Pruitt Ford so don't try.

I cannot recommend this dealership enough. I worked with Tommy from initial order through delivery and Richard when closing financing, and both were phenomenal. The entire process was relaxed and Tommy was always quick to return phone calls, answer questions, etc. This is where you want to go when looking for a new vehicle.

My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle. We had purchased from Pruitt Ford before and the experience was great. We drove into the lot to look at the inventory and was met by Russell Hill. We talked about a Ford Edge we were looking at and at the end of the following day it was ours. Russell was awesome to work with on the purchase of the car. We went in pre-approved for the purchase but Russell said that there was special financing on the Edges and special it was; .9%. I thought he was joking but it was no joke. Needles to say we indeed up financing with them. The overall purchase experience was made very pleasant by Russell. In fact, it was so pleasant that my wife and decided to buy a second car from him the next day. Yeah, he was razzed by his coworkers, but it made the overall experience that more enjoyable. Russell Hill is the best! This is the third or fourth vehicle I have bought from Pruitt ford. Great experience each time.Would highly recommend Russell and the Pruitt ford,this time I left with a 2023 Escape. Fun car to drive.

Process was easy and understandable. Staff was nice and friendly. Would give more than 5 stars if it was possible.

Been searching for a F350, Mark Ackerson there found a SRW that checked all the boxes, except I swapped boxes and now wanted a DRW. He went right back at it and found one at another dealer. Worked a dealer swap, few phone calls later, we agreed on numbers. Drove 3hrs to Burkburnett from the east side of DFW to do the deal. Local DFW dealers are all still asking 5-10k above sticker, take it or leave it, they don't care. Won't lift a finger to work with you finding one either. The team Pruitt Ford did and I was more than happy to make the drive and do business there. Super easy transaction. Make the drive. Its worth it.

Eddy was the real deal. He went above and beyond my expectations. Courteous, resourceful, he did everything to help me in a very efficient way. I'm now owning "The Beast" our brand new F250-XLT and I love this truck so much. A little word about The finance manager, I think his name was Richard. He never tried to take advantage on us, it was an easy ride with him too. God bless PRUITT people, I highly recommend

Great experience here! Been a Ford family for decades. The dealership in Wichita Falls lost my confidence slowly over the past several years but Burkburnett is not too far to drive for the experience I has.

All of the people I dealt with here were courteous and warm. They were helpful with anything I needed and I didn't get the feeling that I was being preasured.

By the way, if you are looking for a new vehicle, give Russell Hill a call. He found exactly what I told him I needed.

Excellent service and friendly employees. No pressure sales techniques, Curtis helped me test drive the trucks to find the one I was looking for and Rich in financing was very informative. We will buy from them again.

Russell Hill has helped us each time and he can answer any questions you have, or can find anything you are looking for. He is not pushy and will be always be truthful! Never been forced into anything we did not want, including on the finance side. They ask you if you want warranty and if you say no then they respect your wishes. Definitely recommend Pruitt for your next vehicle!

If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, make Pruitt Ford in Burkburnett your first stop!!! My salesman was Justin Cavinder and I have to say he was unlike any other salesman I have ever dealt with! I have not so good credit and he went to bat and worked hard to help me get into what I wanted. He wasn't pushy or trying to sell me something that I didn't want. We talked like we were friends, a Great Family Man! If you want someone that treats you like a friend instead just a sale ask for Justin Cavinder! The whole crew that was inside were friendly!

Tommy, our salesperson, was very professional, knowledgeable, and NOT pushy. When we decided to wait and see if we really needed a different truck, he kept in contact every so often letting us know he was available to help us find what we needed. After a few months, We decided to upgrade to a different truck. I told him what we were looking for in a used truck and he said "How about a new truck". It had everything we were looking for. The price was good so we said yes.
We've used Pruitt for service for our previous truck the last 5 years. They've been great. Always helpful and do a good job.
