Boom Fitness Mineola

Boom fitness in Mineola is great with 24 hour access. The yoga is fantastic. I teach yoga too but even instructors, gym owners, and personal trainers need discipline, routine and motivational mentors. I found that at Boom. There is a wide variety of equipment, The location is convenient. It doesn't smell like a sweaty locker room. There is plenty of parking. Personal trainers are reasonably priced and give you results. I have personally seen this. The owner is a lovely soul and offers multiple plans for any budget. There is even a no contract option. The owner knows that health and fitness are a priority and has created an accessible space for every individual, couple, or family, who are ready to make a change.

Boom is a great facility, friendly members and owners, and the gym is always clean. Definitely a welcoming environment!

The facility is very clean and everyone there is nice. I love the video surveillance. I feel like as a large guy I'm able to work out there without the fear of judgements for my size. I recommend this place
